Amazing service and great communication. Very Professional!!

Took my money 4 months ago and still no product. Refuse to refund me. Scam company.

It just didn't take long to get here. About a week. Very up to date tracking notices. Then it gets here. The backlit keyboard and case are just bloody awesome.
The case was for Samsung S7 FE.

I've had a Nillkin case on my phone for over three years. A good brand in my opinion.

Responded to my emails and offered options for a refund.

I wanted a refund for the phone case as the website description didn't match the product. The flex pure fold case included "pen" is a pointer and not suitable for detailed drawing. They offered only 25% of the purchase price as a refund. After many emails and recording videos for them of the issue they sent a different case of my choosing. But it was a lot of effort and time to get there... the new case is very nice though.

I've bought excellent nillkin phone cases and its common to read very favorable reviews of their products. Their customer service even responds well but their policies (eg not ship a £17 replacement item if it's lost by the courier, or achieve a 5 business day delivery) don't match what we're used to. They are not a scam and I don't believe they're dishonest as some suggest.

Very pleased with the keyboard & case
which makes the iPad like a laptop. I like the backlit keyboard when you switch it on & the carrying handles. The product is well made & you use Bluetooth to connect it to your iPad The one downside was that Evri the uk courier did not contact me until the keyboard was delivered as I was able to track it up till it arrived in the uk. There was no tracking number from Evri to say when it was going to be delivered. I was in the process of writing to Nillkin when there was a knock on my door & low & behold the keyboard was delivered & well packaged. I received an email from Evri with the tracking number(too late) after it was delivered.

Ordered 2 leather foldable tablet covers for our Samsung S10 Ultra. We already purchased 3 other covers from different website and didn't like them. Did some research and found this Nillkin one. Placed an order reviewed it quickly and the customer service was fantastic. My son and I like the feel and quality on this one. Other ones were too heavy, but this one is perfect! Thanks Nillkin for a great product and the amazing customer service!! I definitely recommend!!

My phone case finally arrived. The sad thing is that is such poor quality it is not worth the money I paid for it. The on purchased from Temu at half the price was much better quality.

Said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. No mention of it actually shipping from China via some unknown carrier. Still not arrived yet but apparently it is finally in the UK. More transparent shipping information needed.

Really love the aramid texture on the carbon prop case,great job nilkin,,phone looks sleek & expensive, had to wait 2 weeks,that's the only reason for 4 star 🌟

Product arrived, not close to the 10 days as advertised. Good product and very nice quality.

It took a little longer to arrive than I thought but it is great and it’s exactly what I ordered, so nice work.

The delivery deadline was not met. It took twice as long as planned.

The glass protector is amazing. When I was installing it I was ready to take out the bubbles, wich is normal, my surprise was that I when I finished it was impolutely perfect, i was not even sure that the glass was installed. I give stars because it too longer than expected to arrive.

The shipping date is a scam. It says that my order will be delivered in 3-5 working days. But its already 8 days now since i ordered but still not yet arrived!!! Worst online shop i encountered. They should put 10-20 days instead of 3-5 so that the buyers wont expect too much

My.I pad don't fit in the case.I have a 10.9 I pad and it don't fit case.
