Thieves and scammers, manipulation and bribery!

The delivery time described in the product page of the product I ordered, is 1-2 days shipping, and 5 days delivery!
Today is the seventh day since I placed the order, and the carrier has not even taken possession of the package, which is why I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded, but not even on the fifth email I sent to the seller, he did not react in any way!
Ultimately, he replied and acknowledged they failed to ship, asking me to wait longer and if I will accept this, he is willing to provide me the second item as a gift, wich clearly I took this gesture as a bribery!
I should have checked before the reviews here, because with the disaster I read it, I would never have ordered from them!
THEY STOLE MY MONEY LITERALLY, ALSO BLOCKED ME ON FB!

I ordered a case for the Z Fold 6 and made the payment, but I received an email stating that they do not deliver to the address I provided, which was confirmed on your side. Please provide an explanation and ensure that the product I ordered and paid for is delivered.

Wrong item

Wrong item, can't return it as the company is in China no offer is a refund. Simply put they do not trade under our consumer laws therefore don't touch

Deliberately delaying

I don’t want the speaker was ordered by mistake and I believe you guys are purposely not giving me an address to delay me returning the speaker. At least 60 days so you don’t have to refund my money.

Nillkin case Iceblade for S25 Ultra looks and feels high quality

Purchased this case as a case from the official Samsung shop I purchased kept coming apart in my pocket. Purchased the Nillkin IceBlade as looked unique and for a very fair price. Arrived in 8 days to UK and is very sleek and stylish. High quality than similar priced cases on Amazon. Has a very sturdy kickstand hinge as well. This company needs more recognition. Looks amazing on the S25 Ultra. Will use Nillkin for future case purchases

I ordered an iPad Air protective case…

I ordered an iPad Air protective case that arrived 4 weeks after the promised delivery date. I wasn't going to use the iPad without a protective case so I ordered from another retailer.
When the case finally arrived I promptly contacted Nilkin asking for a return. They were extremely slow in responding to my emails and then stated they don't have a return carrier in Canada and I have to pay the shipping costs to China.
Their website clearly states you can return a product from Canada. I have emailed Nilkin regarding this 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied.
Don't order from this company as their customer service doesn't exist and their website is misleading. I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company regarding the false advertisement of them providing returns.

Faulty product, worse customer support

I have ordered wireless charging receiver from Nillkin.org for my tablet, when I received the product I found out that it does not work at all. I contacted their customer support, we had few emails back and forth, they asked to try different chargers and power adaptors, when I send the proof video of trying everything they asked for and product still would not work, they stopped replying. After few emails trying to reach them I gave up. Would not recommend anyone having business with this seller.

Useless cover

The front cover is totally useless and with no screen cover.
Their 60 days refund guarantee is a lie. When they finally allow you to return the product and finally provide you with a return address, they gives you only 3 days to post back the product. If you fail to post their useless case within this 3 days window they cancel your rights for a return even if you are well within the 60 days guarantee.

Do Not Make my mistake

Do Not Make my mistake. It does not worth at all
I ordered some Nillkin stuff on the 16th of December 2024 and according to Nillkin description, they were supposed to ship them from a local warehouse in the U.S in 3-5 days. But they delivered it yesterday after 17 days!!!! Right 17 DAYS from China!and intresting thing about it It's not even complete, and they simpley did not sent one of my order although I checked with customer service what are supposed to be in shipping box! And one of orders also is some kind of defective!
Really disapointed from the great service of NILLKIN . Wanted to buy some wireless charger and speaker from them , but No thank you.
Please learn from my loss. It does not worth to wait 17 days and then they forgot to send your entire order!. Long story short : Do Not buy anything from their site!

Front cover NO GOO

The cover for the front of the phone is to flimsy without a screen cover and that's why I pull my one straight into the bin

Great value phone case if you don't need it urgently

Did a lot of research for a good Z Fold phone case and found Nillkin to be the most recommended. The price was cheap and so far I really like the case.

Only thing that worried me is that the case was being shipped from China instead of "a warehouse near your location (EU)" as stated in their shipping policy. But surprisingly it actually arrived within the 10 working days that they quoted and I didn't incur any import fees.

Cover case Bluetooth not funtioningmanymore

Hi. I am currently using your nilkkin Bluetooth cover. Case for samsung s7 fe.when suddenly the keyboard don't work anymore, it charges from red to green. But no blue indicator even also for Caps. Bluetooth is not working and cannot be find. I badly need help on this.this keyboard was so far the best friend I ever had a dn there was no problem. I need help please..

I tried to make a correction of my…

I tried to make a correction of my first review the day after reception of my phonecase.
Trustpilot didn't accept it.
My final review was : YES, they shipped from China, not from Europe. YES, it took twelve days to receive my parcel in France, and not only five as pretended on their website. But NO, I hadn't been hit by custom charges at receipt, glad to their effective shipping service system.
Might it help some other european customers.
Hope others will have such good final experience with Nillkin.cc , a China company showing consideration to their foreign customers.
Product is totally okay for the price I paid including international shipping in few days.

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience, the case was delivered after 25 days instead of 5 days that was advertised. The customer service is horrendous, when i asked for return as the case was overly delayed ,they advised there was no returns process and i could perhaps gift it to someone else. Better buy locally.
