We placed a showcase because they confirmed us the item will be delivered in 5 working days because they had a small stock in the store, so now we called them to make sure or get a delivery slot and they said to us there will be a delayed until 25th july which is more than one month...At this point...Where have the small stock gone...we felt like they lied us to make the purchase.... they should not make a promise that they cannot turn real

Have been waiting for some equipment for my catering trailer for over 3 months now and still no idea when it will arrive. I now have my catering trailer and am ready to trade so am going to have to purchase else where and cancel. Waste of time

Superb service for speed, quality and helpfulness. Had cause to deal with customer service who couldn’t be more helpful pleasant and sorted out the issue within 24 hours. Huge range of products for individuals or businesses.

Do not believe anything they promise you on the website or the customer services say about delivery
I appreciate times are difficult
But any larger items are shipped out to another company who are not contactable then closed as if delivered
So who knows when items will arrive
To add insult to injury you get a phone call when they promised delivery to ask you about the service

I received an incorrect item, seemingly due to manufacturer error (wrong product in box). I reported this immediately via Live Chat. A replacement arrived less than 24 hours later. Incredibly efficient. Particular thanks to Michaela, who dealt with my enquiry.

Amazing company; ordered shelves at 3pm and they arrived the next day at 10.30am! Cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered a chest freezer , which took about 3 weeks to come, I then set it up in my storage unit , then after about a week it started to build up condensation around the door sill which then started to freeze causing the door not to shut properly , I called them and they sent an engineer round that told my wife that it’s the style of freezer or it’s because it needs to adjust to the climate, I have been an engineer my self coming on to 30 years and I’ve never herd such rubbish, I’ve readdressed the situation with management and still not herd anything, my advise is keep away from them they don’t know what they are talking about.

This was Monday I asked why I had not been contacted to be advised as I ordered 3 weeks ago on sorry she said I will refund your money
What if I hadn’t called and to rub salt in this today is Friday and they still have the said product on their website stating in stock

Appalling! Two months waiting to my order. Now they’ve also increased their prices on some items by 30% !!! Profiteers ! avoid.

We ordered some supplies for home after the covid-19 madness started. Most of the websites and online shops were sold out, and the same for most of the products on Nisbets. We did manage to find some products that were in stock but had to wait two plus weeks for the delivery. Being a bad time for the world in general we decided to order what was in stock and we received a delivery date.

On the delivery day there was no delivery and no call/email to say sorry or explain. The following day I sent an email and received a reply a few days later. I was told they are out of stock but will have new stock in the next week and was promised a next day delivery. Next week came and no delivery, sent an email and no reply.

I then decided to call them. I was informed they had none is stock but will have a delivery the next week.You can see the pattern here. I promptly cancelled the order. Luckily I payed with credit card but if you payed with Pay Pall you would have had a hard time with getting your money.

They initially took the wrong order number and I found out that they were doing similar "scams" with some of their other clients. They just keep promising the next week and then so on. Maybe they just do it to the smaller customers who buy less?

If they were honest with me and did not keep me on a line I could have made alternative arrangements a month back, now I am stuck scavenging for the bits I need after I have run out. Not a nice thing to do to your customers or people in general.

Great range of catering supplies, very helpful when I phoned and order was delivered spot on.

Do not use this company. I ordered a blender that broke and it's taken almost 7 months of emailing back and forth for them to send me an absolutely naff replacement. Avoid at all costs!

customer service not help full. They say price match but rubbish. Don’t belive them. They try to do lots of trick to not give you !!!
Use to be use nisbet lots and lots of time.
Now I go catring appliance company. Cheaper at at least 20%.
And better customer service.

Absolutely first class service, couldn’t believe the speed, ordered around 6pm and on my doorstep next morning.

Had a problem regestering payment but the customer service team were diligent in the extreme. They sorted the entire problem and in so doing, saved me a potential headache sorting payment problems with my bank. I would buy with complete confidence from this company.
