I received my clock today and it was beautiful. It does take a little bit of time to receive because things are a bit rough in Ukraine at the moment. But it was well worth the wait! The owner Petro is so nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend them.

I just recently received my clock from Nixieshop. First impressions: it’s packed extremely well, no damage at all shipping all the way to California. The clock looks amazing and I absolutely love all of the options and features. I want to give huge props to the owner for shipping out clocks in a reasonably timely manner, especially with a war going on in his country!

There are a couple of minor quirks to the clock, but nothing that would make me hesitate to purchase again. First, the clock comes by default with a beep on the hour setting and a beep every time you go in the menu. Thankfully, both of these options can be set to silent. Second, in 12 hour mode, for some reason the clock displays 00 in the hour field from midnight to 1AM. Not a big deal to me, just something to be aware of.

Other than that, the clock came in pristine condition and has no other faults that I can find. From my communication with the seller, it sounds like he really stands behind his product, so I would not hesitate to order another clock when the time comes. With all the Russians making Nixie clocks these days, I felt better about ordering one from Ukraine and supporting a business there. Anyone on the fence, it really is an amazing looking piece at a great price and I’m sure you will be happy with it!

When I received the clock and activated it, I was so impressed with it. This clock is crafted with amazingly neat workmanship. I am so lucky to have bought a clock from Nixieshop. Thanks to Petro for his sincere reply and his great work!

I bought an IN-12 Nixie clock in April 2022, took a while to get here to Australia arriving in June but well worth it (the delay is hardly surprising given what is going on in the world right now, impressive that they've just kept on keeping on). Customer service was great, emailing me proactively saying that there may be some delays.

It has a quality feel to it and you can tell it has been assembled with care and attention. The Nixie tubes themselves are bright and look brand new. The features are well thought out - the motion detection on/off and being able to set effects on the time changing being my favourites. The clock itself looks great and the wood is well finished.

Petro, the owner of this shop in UA, is great. He personally confirmed my order, then when post office didn't deliver it, he sent out a new one, making sure that i get notified on a weekly basis.

The clocks themselves are great. A lot of customisations regarding wood choice and tubes and other parameters. Also the software on it is great and the clock is really worth its price. Its for sure a better choice for your money than some overpriced and clichè Rolex or Casio.

I love the retro look of this clock partnered with modern technology. I now have quite the conversation starter. It was a bit difficult to program the clock. Once I figured out it was very easy.

Very happy with our purchase! Our clock is of excellent quality, it comes with a wide range of available settings, and has become an awesome talking point in our living room. Petro was also extremely helpful when we emailed to ask about expected delivery times.

Shipping was fast and the customer service was sublime. Petro (he runs nixie shop) personally answered all my emails almost immediately. But most importantly, the nixie tube clock is a masterpiece. It looks so much more impressive in real life. I think I will be buying more clocks from him in the near future to give as gifts.

Their customer service is great; unfortunately, after a couple of years of using my clock, it developed a fault and would not turn on. I have been assured that this issue is very unusual and they agreed to repair it for free. I did not expect this as it was over 3 years old.

I purchased a Model 4 slim clock with IN-14 tubes from their webpage. I selected the faster shipping option and added three spare tubes. I received a shipping email with tracking within 48 hours, and my clock arrived one week after I ordered it. Thats from the Ukraine to Wisconsin in seven days. The packing was first rate. The spare tubes were in protective foam sleeves. I followed the set up instructions and everything worked perfectly. The clock looked and worked exactly as advertised and looks every bit as good as the pictures on their web site. If you are looking for a Nixie clock this one is very good.

5 months in. I programed the clock to turn on at 6am and shut off at 11pm. It has been running flawlessly for five months. All of the original tubes are working perfectly. Still love it.

I received my Nixie Clock for a significant birthday, and I absolutely love it, I am a tube head after all. The clock has a beautiful retro steampunk look, black shiny perspex, and six glowing tubes. However what impresses me the most is the level of communication, and customer service that I received, it was second to none.
