I've wanted a Nixie clock for a couple of years now and have spent a lot of time looking at different products. I can honestly say that nixieshop.com are a fantastic and professional company from start to finish.

After seeing a particular colour I wanted was out of stock, I e-mailed a simple query to see if and when it would be coming back into stock. Petro's response took the time to explain the different custom options that were available, and certainly went above and beyond to make sure I understood my choices and was happy with them.

I fell in love the moment I saw Nixie clocks! I ordered two different models and put them in plastic case. Petro was great! He answered all my questions, was ready to fulfill my wishes so everything turned out superb! I am very pleased with the quality and the finish of the product. Highly recommend!

Although it's a small business, Petro makes a great product. It's more on the expensive side and takes (now with Corona) a long time to get to you, it's definitely worth it. I asked for a special customization, which was no problem, as Petro is in direct contact with his customers. The personalisation on the piece is far more extensive than I first thought. It is a unique, yet subtle, piece in my clinical practice, which started already many conversations.

Absolutely can not put into words on how thrilled I am with this purchase! I was completely unsure on what to buy as this was a gift for my Grandad. Pedro advised and helped me greatly ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The experience from start to finish was professional and I can not praise Pedro enough! I acquired one of Nixie Shop's clocks second-hand in Canada. The previous owner was having issues with the clock where the tubes wouldn't illuminate, so I purchased it with the hope that I would be able to get it working again.

I emailed Petro at Nixie Shop, explained the issues I was experiencing, and sent some photos of the clock. He promptly diagnosed the issue, suggested a fix, and provided a link to the part that I needed to replace. Excellent customer service even though I did not buy the clock directly from him! Would definitely recommend dealing with Nixie Shop and Petro.

This store is amazing! I think this is the first time I have ever written a 5 star review of anything online, but my experience here was just amazing. The products are crafted with such love and attention to detail (I am an electronics engineer and naturally I took the clock apart to see what was under the hood, and it is just beautifully made). This is clearly someone who loves their craft.
The service was outstanding. There was a mixup with the Danish postal service on my end and the parcel was returned to sender. I asked for it to be send again, they printed out my address in Danish with the æøå letters and glued it on there to make sure it did not happen again. They did not even charge for the extra delivery cost.
I received a beautiful authentic looking nixie tube clock shortly after and it is definitely better than I had dared to hope :)
