Blocked sewage pipe. Operater arrived on a freezing cold rainy Sunday. Fixed the job quite quickly. Operator was polite, friendly & got on with the job. The price was quite reasonable. Would recommend.

We had a blocked drain under our patio! We couldn't have asked for a nicer more efficient couple of lads. They had a nightmare of a job but did it with a smile and made good to perfection.

A great service installing a new soak away
The service was excellent from first contact to completion of the work. The team worked hard to create a new soak away to deal with a long term risk of flood water entering part of my house. The design was thoughtful and effective with minimum disruption to a lawn area at the front of the house. The installation work was completed efficiently and the site so well tidied up that it is barely evident that there had been any excavation work at all. It rained heavily during the night after the work was completed and for the first time in years the area remained dry without any concerns of water coming into my house.

Called out for an estimate to replace a…
Called out for an estimate to replace a boiler. Told £99.00 per half hour, or for an estimate free call out. So far great. Two, shall we say unlikely guys turned up, one stinking of tobacco smoke, marched straight up to our loft, (actually loft rooms) and asked me to sign for £99.0 payment for every half hour he was there (£190 per hour!) then without actually looking at the boiler said £3800 to replace. (Actual boiler cost is £880 from City Plumbing) but, like most plumbers the balance is labour ... I personally consider this a rip off, I may be a pensioner but I am not stupid, so, in my opinion 'go rip someone else off'. £2920 labour to fit what is a straight swap, one out one in, little actual plumbing involved. (I generally do all my own plumbing, but I am not gas safe registered hence having to use a registered plumber) I can't help feeling that we, the public, are being taken for a ride with draconian gas safe rules protecting the trade, although it is also true that gas stuff must be regulated tightly, just a shame it forces consumers to be suckered into paying ridiculous sums by SOME firms.

Quick, efficient and professional
Answered quickly, turned out when the said - within justa couple of hours, did a good assessment and applied a temporary clearance before committing to a full repair within 48hrs for the price quoted. Excellent service all round. Only tiny irritant was being slow/most reluctant to share a full invoice.

Very satisfied with the work done.
I was restricted in time I could be at home but the engineer was punctual and completed the work within the time restraints. He explained all aspects of the work he was doing and was very pleasant.
