Shocking customer service.
I’m so disappointed with this company. I bought a number of items on 1st June for my daughters birthday. It said that they dispatch within 3 days so I thought great. It’s now 7th and they still haven’t been dispatched. I messaged to enquire when they would be sent, I wasn’t funny, just asked if they could be dispatched soon as I really want them for my daughter’s birthday on 10th. No one has responded and they’ve actually blocked me!! I can’t believe it. 😢

I have still not received my order…
I have still not received my order which was placed on 10/05/26. I haven’t even had an email to say it’s been dispatched. Contacted via the form on the website and then a week later via the email address supplied. Contacted on instagram and was advised they would look into it the next day and received no further contact although chasing several times. Out of pocket when I just wanted to treat myself.

Everything was packaged super well and I loved all my products once again. The sundae foam and bath bomb looks amazing I wish I could keep these but I will be gifting these!
Project plump ahh super fantastic creamy liners and the extreme primer really does work - spicy in all the best ways! Genuinely love the shades of the glosses too!
I am also obsessed with my Korean skincare masks and nodbeauty stocks a great range of these! Excited to get more.

What a lovely seller. I stumbled across Nodbeauty looking for Sol de Janeiro bum bum cream as a gift for my niece. I ended up watching for hours on the auction site whatnot and purchased so much beauty products and all I can say is I got some amazing amazing bargains. Nods will always disclose an RRP so you know what to bid up to within your budget. She also has her own website where everything is so reasonably priced. I've probably only received a third of my order and it was all excellent products mainly Project Lip but they are truly amazing. I've purchased more products since discovering this wonderful seller and I'm eagerly awaiting a selection of hair products now. I can't speak more highly of this company and if you want advice on products tailored for you and your skin type she will give you an honest answer and is never pushy to secure a sale. Go give them a visit and happy shopping
