I ordered a mystery box when nodbeauty had a relaunch. The mystery boxes are a must buy and they are extremely great value! Really happy with all of the items I received in my box and will 100% be ordering more! Great for a treat for yourself and also a great gift for other people. Highly recommend!! The ladies are lovely too 🥰

I received my mystery skin care box today and I'm over the moon with it all i told them my skin type and it was packed on tiktok live,highly recommend I shall be ordering again in the near future

Great box

Came quickly love the new design and the new products didn’t get any dupes inside from my normal boxes they have outdone themselves on the re launch the live was so much fun I was dancing from my chair watching great community of people will order again

I placed an order in October 2022 that was open and had all but one of the items missing. I raised this directly with the brand on the day I received the package. I have now spent the last almost 2 years persuing this brand for a refund or replacement. I’ve had many messages saying “refund sent” or “we’re looking into it” but never actually had a refund. The customer service has been so frustrating from start to finish so I’m leaving a review here in the hopes I can actually get this sorted. Really unimpressed.

Edit: The brand have flagged this as a false review on the same day they have told me via tik tok they are “looking into it”. This is not a false review, and I’ll be happy to upload screen shots of the emails and tik tok conversations that prove the above to be true.

Loved my latest beauty nodbeauty box James packed and good items inside compared to most boxes really pleased with it all Facefacts is the best find I have went on to buy more even got a too faced palette inside which was very surprised about and wasn’t expecting would say recommended

I hate having to leave this review but I never received my order from June and have only just received my refund. I placed two orders one on tiktok,one on the website. The website one was £60 pound buy one get one free. It never turned up. I know the courier is to blame too but it's the after sales that lets this down. This was a birthday present for my daughter who's just starting her own makeup business. I received the refund yesterday. Someone said management would be in touch but not heard a thing. What's disappointing is the response afterwards and me letting my daughter down.

Really bad...ordered 20th May and no tracking update. I had to spam email them to get them to respond. Promised replies never had. Voucher. Never had. Contacted on Insta and had to start again. They didn't believe me about voucher. Always we are getting an update from Evri but then I never got an update. After a week or so I started asking for a refund and they ignored this . Eventually when I was on the phone to my bank to report as fraud and I had told them this the offered a refund like I had never asked for one before. Said made it a formal complaint. Completely poor customer services. The people I spoke to were really nice. Perhaps too nice. I don't think they are properly trained at all. Nod needs to rethink their customer services completely. Never ever will I order from them again.

AMAZING From start to finish I bought 2 try me mystery boxes and I got absolutely spoiled I paid £30 for the two but with everything it was well over £100 such a bargain!!!

I have been a customer of nodbeauty since 2021 now and I can say I always will be! The most amazing bespoke service ever. Nodbeauty just keeps proving themselves to give the best value for money! Such unreal products & the best mystery boxes on the market for the fraction of the cost! I couldn’t recommend nodbeauty enough & I couldn’t thank noddy enough for making me feel beautiful with all the products she supplies! 💕

These girls went above and beyond to help me and they did just that they have helped me so much with my combination skin and the products they sent me have worked a treat and made my skin feel and look amazing and I will definitely be ordering again and again and again they are a credit to me and themselves!! I ordered from Nodbeauty couple times, no issues, I was happy with my products... till March. I made an order at 1st of March and so far no info about it, I've sent couple emails - no reply. I don't mind waiting, it's all fine, but I would like to have any update about my order. I really don't want to leave a bad review but it seems to be only way to get attention from Nodbeauty Team :(

Terrible. Ordered 2 separate orders via website in January, only received 1. Messaged tick tock page and emailed support. No solution and still not received

Made an order on April 23 saw after ordering it had a 7 day presale until dispatched, I also selected next day delivery with the order. I emailed twice up to it being dispatched, neither email was responded too, I messaged on TikTok which got one reply then I was never responded to again. Order was finally ‘sent’ on the 11th May I’m still waiting now over a week later. I have emailed twice and again had no response. I used to use the company frequently a while ago but stopped due to the same issue but saw there was a good offer on and thought I’d give it another chance, to just be left with the same issue wondering if it’s actually been posted or if it’s been lost.

I previously didn’t have a good experience where my order didn’t arrive for a long time, some miscommunication and missing items. However, the company made this right by giving a partial refund and sending extra items. I decided to order again, and I got given a voucher code due to my previous experience. Customer service was great, the person was friendly. My items arrived in a few days, and I’m very happy with what I received (mystery box). Great value for money. I did query with them if I had been blocked on TikTok as I can’t find them on there and love to look at TikTok deals, however the company said I’m not blocked. Still can’t see their TikTok, but grateful for my products and customer service seems a lot better! Thank you

Every time I order from Nodbeauty I always get the best customer service the team are a dream! Products are high end! I ordered 2 of the beauty mystery try me boxes on tiktok and honestly I was shocked how good value for money they are they were £15 each and with all the stuff I got ( I looked up prices online) everything came to £200 so such a steal!!! Will definitely be back to shop soon!

Ordered a parcel for my sisters birthday in March and i had to chase up the parcel nearly every day. They kept saying it would be with me the in the next few days but would never provide evidence of this. This is not my first experience with them as i ordered a mystery box which also never came. Eventually three weeks later they told me they had send it next day delivery however it did come with half the things missing!!!! Extremely frustrating as i told them i needed the parcel for a birthday now i have half my stuff missing! it was a big order as well worth 100. From reading other reviews i see other people have also had the same problem! i would avoid because it’s a big faff and you should never have to chase a parcel as i have with these and you would think after all the back and forth communication the least they could do was get the order right. So angry about this. i know wait times for processing are a thing however it has took a huge wait and chasing to even get half of my items.
UPDATE
they refunded the amount for the missing items on a gift card so i may re order. i advised them i required items next day delivery and then had to pay another ten pound for royal mail next day delivery. [ i feel i shouldn’t of had to seems all three of my orders either haven’t come or been missing]. when i asked them for a tracking number they couldn’t provide as they said it could be with royal mail or DPD. I paid for royal mail so if it’s been shipped with other companies which were cheaper then that’s frustrating it’s self because i’ve paid ten pound to receive by 1PM. Fast forward it’s 12 and still not here so i will update if it does arrive but i have no faith because if it was out for delivery they would have tracking. As company reply stated working days so i will wait until monday and see what happens from that point onward and hopefully will
receive order. i am happy to update review positively if it’s received as they have been helpful today to get it sorted for me.

Quick delivery products are incredible really impressed with everything was curious after seeing a Facebook ad but glad I ordered and I wasn’t let down one of the best I have ordered online ‘beauty box £25’ total value inside £130
