I ordered 20th December and paid £15…

I ordered 20th December and paid £15 for next day delivery . No delivery next day then I try to call them but was automated answering machine saying we are closed till 2 January Even though on there website clearly saying they are open.

Don’t order via website .

Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave your review.

You are incorrect in your accusation as our website clearly does state our Christmas opening times. There is a link along the top of our website which gives all details.

Furthermore our website does not say we are open. Third party websites information may say differently.

We do have an answer phone system which is turned when we are closed (as we are now until January 2nd)

We are more than happy to either process your order or cancel and refund your order on January 2nd when we re open.

My order was cancelled without reason

My order was cancelled without reason. my first order went smoothly and I was happy with the quality received. I ordered for a second time and my order was cancelled without any given reason to justify this. So I am not happy with this at all. I also contacted the Director but still got no reply... So disappointing

Unfortunately we are out of stock for the goods which you ordered so we cancelled the order and refunded the money you paid straight away.

We did contact you to mention this, I know this as fact as I sent this information to you myself. This information was sent in the payment refund box notes.

I'm sorry for your disappointment, but in is this instance I am satisfied that we as a company have done as much as we can have in cancelling your order and refunding your money straight away.

Great range of products

Great range of products, with fast delivery. Only hiccup with website not confirming the order - I have the parcel, didnt receive order confirmation, in my accounts order history also no record.
