I ordered a dry tailoring iron 5 kg. The goods was delivered fast and in good quality, provided information during delivery was fine. Just the previous e-mail communication was not so fluent. Also I found a bit disappointing that the iron is just 4,3 kg.

Still haven't got it
Firstly, I wanted to find out the weight of the iron, so I used whatsapp as directed, but nobody responded. Secondly, I bought home ironing system 7th of June and I still haven't received it. Very disappointed.

I am very sorry for your disappointment in our service.
With regards your issue of the weight of the iron, this is shown on our website in the product description. We do recommend to all clients that they email or telephone any questions they may have. We use Whatsapp primarily to allow clients to send photos from their mobile devices.
With regards your order, I can only apologise that you have not received the goods. We do state on our websites T&C's (number 27) When payments are made by direct bank transfer from the client we request that the client confirms the payment has been made with reference (invoice number) by email to sales@norrissteam.co.uk to avoid any delays in having the goods shipped. The reason for this is our accounts and order processing teams are separate.
I have looked in to this now and can confirm payment has been received and the goods have been shipped to you today.

Service good, product not!
Customer service provided by Norris Steam was good and the request to return the item was accepted promptly without a quibble so would actually give them 4 stars.
But don’t waste your money on this item. I had really high hopes for the Jiffy steamer 2000. But it takes longer to steam a shirt than to iron one and on top of the extra time spent the finish is poor and creases stil evident. This is a complete con! One star for the product.
