Brilliant service from Ryan
Called up and spoke to Ryan on Monday and was accepted the same day.
He was even able to hold of on the application for 2 days to help me with the best payday due date for repayments.
He was quick in getting back to me and couldn’t ask for better service.

I lost my son recently and asked NT for…
I lost my son recently and asked NT for a 1 month payment break to assist with the funeral expenses and the headstone cost, 1 month, they apparently don't do payment breaks, I can miss a payment and go into a no contact contract but they will contact credit reference agencies to say I've missed a payment, not the best given my circumstances.

Very poor customer service. My words were misinterpreted and my loan was,terminated within one hour. When I phoned back the staff were very rude.
