Horrible. Their definitions of "accident" and "breakdown" are whimsical, do not trust that they'll honour your policy. And as for the customer service team at the claims management department, just wow. Rude, patronising and insulting. I cannot emphasis just how absolutely appalling their policy application is.
As for more info, you know exactly who I am because your agent has been haranguing me long after he was told in no uncertain terms to stop. His attitude immediately rubs people the wrong way so if you want positive reviews, don't let him deal with customers.
Regarding your response, you're still not presenting the truth. You've even tried to have my review removed and been told no!
The rest of the reviews here would tend to support my position.

I closed my bank account so direct debit was rejected. I contacted Nova via the chat and got hold of a very helpful man called Joel who understood what was needed. He linked me to where I needed to be and before we had even finished chatting my new policy was bought and paid for. Now back to Joel to say goodbye and thanks again.

Initially I was going to set up with the RAC, yet their website kept crashing and could not get through on the phone. With Nova direct it was so easy & maybe that is partly why they have a 5 star rating.

I purchased my breakdown insurance via Nova Direct and found the system for creating a personalised policy very straightforward and user-friendly.
The only downside for me is the automatic renewal. I prefer to have the option to shop around before renewal to make sure I’m getting the best cover for my needs.
This year, my policy was automatically renewed by another provider after they sent two reminders, but I didn’t have access to my emails for a few weeks. As a result, the policy renewed without my consent at double the price of the cover I originally purchased recently from Nova Direct via another broker. I then had to phone them to request a cancellation.
This experience confirmed for me that insurance prices are often significantly better when arranged through brokers. Since automatic renewal is standard practice across breakdown insurance providers, I have still chosen to give Nova Direct a 5-star rating. Going forward, I will need to make sure to respond to any reminder about automatic renewal in good time.
