Bought a drone and these twatz sent an inferior copy and ripped me off £80, avoid like the covid. They are thieves, I am a frontline nhs worker working my but off and bought this for my son, they are thieving of honest hard working people like me.

I ordered 3 Tactic PhoneX from them in February 2020, they took my money via Visa but NO phones turned up at all!! They said they would reimburse me for the order, but DID NOT so far & it is 7 May 2020. Yes, it is a SCAM. I will NEVER use Coupon 65 again!!! & you shouldn't either.

Don't waste your time or your money with this company or their so-called respirator face masks. The masks are made of very thin foam and the air filter is a joke!! The first one I opened you could see right through it because there's a hole about 2 or 3 mm long. I never use them, I went back to PayPal to ask for a refund. And they ended up denying me because I could not ship them back from Taiwan to China!!! By the way these are made in China. The Taiwanese government has a ban where we cannot send any masks with filters out of the country it is illegal. But this company couldn't see fit to do anything about how they scammed myself and I'm sure many other people. It just goes to show don't buy anything made in China. Look at where things are made before you purchase them. To be honest I was looking for where these masks were made but I couldn't find that particular detail I thought okay they must be a good because they're charging 107 US dollars for two masks. Total garbage. AND THEY PRETEND LIKE THEIR HEADQUARTERS AND THEIR OFFICES ARE OUT OF THE UK. BUT WHEN THEY MAIL THE PACKAGE THAT COMES OUT OF HONG KONG! Then, if you want to return something it's a China mailing address. It's just all a big ball of ridiculous and absolute joke.
You may as well just throw your money in the garbage can or burn it. Better yet you can go out and buy 10 t-shirts and make yourselves 20 cloth masks out of t-shirt arm sleeves sleeves. Don't buy the face masks from these people, they are a complete rip off, they offer no protection at all and because of that they are dangerous. The masks would cost them a few cents to make and they sell them at a very high price. I paid $72.00 U.S. for two. They also took 6 weeks to be delivered, what a rip off ! Buyer beware !!!

Bought a Wireless-N WIFI Repeater. Novads claims it increases internet speeds and extends signal.
By definition it does NOT increase speeds. No idea whether it extends the WIFI signal as I couldn't get it to connect to my router. BTW I have a computer science degree.
I waited for 2 weeks for the product. When I complained Novads claimed they had already shipped it. They hadn't. Only when I demanded a refund (via PayPal) did they finally ship it.
So I waited 3 weeks for a useless product. Avoid these con artists at all costs. Garbage product, garbage company. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Thanks Cindy You said everything I wanted to I'm in the UK so have managed to contact a European Consumer Centre who deal with overseas scammers such as NOVADS OU I then contacted Estonia (where these operate from) newspaper to uncover a story - no reply FROM THE What a suprise I believe that NO PERSON OR COMPANY IS ABOVE THE LAW IN ANY COUNTRY so I am going to pursue these No one can hide behind fake addresses and email addresses They must be laughing all the way to the Bank - for now They must be raking it in worldwide They must be stopped Unfortunately by the time anyone reads our feedback review no point in saying BEWARE damage is done to The smart watch I got for a disabled lady with hand arthritis was offered on a Senior Coupon 25 which targets the elderly Not only could I not switch it on the magnetic charger had to be held in place which in my condition was never going to happen Various emails came back from them saying Send a Video which I did three times Reply We have not received It arrived with no instructions in the box Then two addresses to send back to one Germany one UK neither people at those addresses had never heard of NOVADS OU These thieves have done the law but no~one is 100% invincible Karma is a wonderful leveller So anyone associated with these evil companies have fun living on stolen money but your luck will run out I think that their aim is for people to send back to address nothing to do with them and of course won't sign so we are left to ask our Postal service to reimburse so the post actually pat your refund Disgusting perhaps we ought to notify our Postal Services in this worldwide scam? 🎉5/18/20-UPDATE:😁🎉After I wrote this review I was again, so mad that I emailed Novads AGAIN!! I was not nice nor polite in ANY of the multiple emails I had sent after the 'properly written' first email, nicely requesting my money be returned etc... & hit with a reply that wasn't positive! I called them some very bad words & continued to tell them about this (Trustpilot) site & the 19 pages & 600 individual complaints about how they have scammed people, stole money from hard working individuals who had put their TRUST in them to get a product to HELP SAVE LIVES but instead of sending an ACTUAL mask they send FOAM😠!! I did this for the next 3 days informing them that I was researching everything I could to get them arrested, put in prison for many years, NEVER seeing loved ones again & so on!! And on the 4th day as I was starting to write another email, I look down my inbox & 🎊🎉🎉I GOT MY MONEY RETURNED🎉🎊 from these pieces of 💩!!!!!!! 🎊My $58 was returned to my credit card people! I threw the piece of foam in the garbage where I told them 'THEY BELONGED with the snakes🐍, roaches & rats🐀 animal 💩💩💩💩!!!!'

I can't even give them 1/2 a star!! It took 10 weeks for my N95 face mask to arrive! I sent 8 different emails stating give me my money back & KEEP the stupid mask!! Which they continually told me was on the way, Oh, by the way, it's a PIECE of FOAM!!! I am so ANGRY at myself for NOT further researching this scam of a business!!
It will cost me $17 to send this piece of 💩 back to TRY to get my money back! I probably shouldn't even bother & chalk this up to my own stupidity!!! We need to file complaints about these fraudulent, lying, scamming THIEVES everywhere we can to ALERT the consumer so these p.o.s💩 can't do this stealing ever again!!! I ordered on March 19th a face mask, they immediately debited me 49$ and since then no sign from the company. No emails regarding my order was sent nor message on the expected delivery date.

I too got taken! It is the flimsiest thing I have ever seen. I don’t know how it can be passed off as a mask. I haven’t worn it and am afraid of wearing it because the thin sponge-like material that they used to stick the vent on is exactly the material that is best to avoid because it is so porous that anything will be able to pass through. Why do Chinese manufacturers have to lie SO much! No trust, no gain!

avoid this company it is as a scam. ordered at the 21/04 two WiFi boost, got 2 confirmation emails from them, and that my order on it's way, and that in the next days i will get my tracking number. - waited a week didn't hear from them, and contact them today. got a response that in some reason they can't ship my purchase - and that i will get a refund within 7-10 - i hope they will do it ' and i won't need to involve MasterCard in this.

Their online ad stated NOVADS face masks made in the USA what a CON JOB! I also was stupid enough to order masks back on April 10, 2020 and after inquiring finally get some supposed tracking information from where? CHINA! WOW the very place COVID-19 has come from are you kidding me? I am contacting my bank immediately to report this crap and get my money back. This is just another ripe ugly example of how we have allowed CHINA to basically rot this country from the inside out. How sad that money is more important than doing what is right or having a conscious now! I can guarantee not one of these people have ever served this country and has no idea the sacrifices that have been made so they can rob people blind and expose them to even greater dangers of COVID-19. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! May Karma return in a quick and interesting way.

Ordered WiFi repeater . When it eventually arrived, none of the installation instructions made sense and neither of the links to change settings worked. Managed to connect it to my router by WPS, but then wasn’t able to connect either my IPad or my Android phone to the repeater using either the starting password for the repeater or the password for my network . Support sends the instructions you already have , then refuses to help unless you send a video of the problem process, despite having received 7 photos showing each step of the process!

Stay clear of this company another Chinese scam. Never use a Chinese company ever they are a cheating country AVOID AVOID AVOID

I saw this advertisement on YouTube and immediately ordered this mask on March 23. I was able to get a tracking number from them and they took the chicken run across the United States into places I have never heard of. However it did get here (Western New York State)today Saturday, April 25. Just a little flimsy little foam thing and some kind of plastic “breathing apparatus” that was stuck inside it and I don’t even know if that works or not. I paid $60 for this and got ripped off just like the rest of you. I used PayPal because I felt that It might be easier just in case this was a fake getting my money back. So incredibly disappointed to have been scammed during such a dangerous and stressful pandemic. Shame on them.

After waiting 2 months the masks arrived today. They are NOTHING like the advertised pictures, not even the vandalizer is there just a wafer thin piece of foam. They said it's THICK, the material which looks like foam packing material,so thin you can see right through it. That will never protect you from the virus. I ordered because they said they were a company from Brazil. Now it seems it came from China. I should have ordered from Amazon. I spent 98.00 and I am thinking they will not give me my money back. DO NOT ORDER these they are a rip off in the 10th degree. What a huge disappointment. If they don't refund my money I will contact the White House and let the president know of this company.

Ordered 2 oxybreath masks in late February. Have been waiting and waiting every day. Tried using the tracking of the masks with dead end every time. Had 3 notifications of order received, shipment being prepared, and shipment to be sent. Since I have not received it in over 2 months I doubt if the order is ever going to arrive. Not typical and likely I was scammed
