I wished i had read the reviews before I ordered these masks, one ripped right away , and they are only made of foam, i ordered them 2 months ago, and only got them today. Don't waste your money on these, been ripped off a beauty!!! I paid over $100 for the pair. Not sure if we can get our money back but am going to contact my bank and see what I can do. STAY away from this company!!! very disapointing!!!

This company do not even deserve a one star, I ordered 2 Oxybreath mask that took 6 weeks to get and then when it arrive was just 2 pieces of foam. What a rip off , this was the worst purchase ever and rest assure I will never ever order anything from this company again. Will make note to Paypal and Facebook that they need never let them advertise on their platform again. I trusted Facebook and plan to let them know my true feelings. If there is another way to go after this ripoff company please let me know. I plan to reach as many people as I can so they won’t make the same mistake I did. By the way I purchased two of these mask which cost me $83 total. So if I sound angry you bet I am. I will not wast my time sending them back b/c you will never get your money back. I ordered a Wireless-N WiFi repeater and experienced delays that others comment on below. I also contacted customer support and got the same answers [it's shipped, please be patient] with the same problems [tracking leads nowhere].I waited over two months, but then the item arrived! And it works perfectly, doing exactly what it claimed. It came from China. If it weren't for the delay and the lack of proper tracking, I'd now be delighted. The end of this is to say that it's a bonafide company probably shipping stuff from all over the world. Hang in there and you may be pleased in the end.

If I could give No Stars, I would! On March 2, 2020 I ordered 2 Oxy Pro Masks from NOVADS OU, totaling $69.00. They immediately debited my PayPal account for the order. It will be 2 months in a few days and I have not received my order! I've contacted them on several occasions, they replying promptly with "Please be patient", "Putting you on Urgent Delivery List", Item has been shipped, including a shipping # and tracking info. Problem with that, doesn't work! No surprise there! All these Email messages signed by different American names > Alaina, Daniela, Wendy! I contacted PayPal & they contacted them. They feeding PayPal same BS they were giving me, only with PayPal, they gave a man's name to contact, Peter, like he might be the Head Honcho. I contacted him, with a return Email from Wendy, NOT Peter, telling me to give it 7 more days. If I've not received order by then, get back to them and they would look into it. One more thing, when I demanded they tell me exactly where my order was in the shipping process, NO ANSWER!! DO NOT order anything from these people!! Expert Scam Artists, using a Delay, Delay, Delay Tactic and Thieves! Shameful, taking advantage of people during a Major Death Causing Pandemic! I hope they can be sued. If so, be sure to let me know. It sounds like there's been plenty of people Scammed by them and also, sounds like the product they FINALLY did send to a few customers, was NOT what was advertised! I'm done waiting. Demanding my $$ back from PayPal!

Novads does not even qualify for one star rating; they are International online scammer, conman cheating money.
I ordered five pieces of OxyBreath Pro on 10 February 2020, but until today my order never arrived despite my continuous email follow-up.
I was told is to wait and wait and wait.
Please do not buy from Novads

Ordered 2nd April was told 5 days to deliver NEVER ARRIVED
Now they say 5 days was to process order then 15/25 days for warehouse to ship then 5 days for a tracking number and a further 25 days to deliver?????
SCAM!!!!!!!

Shocking delivery service, still waiting over 5 weeks for my WIFI booster. From other reviews I expect this will not work when / if it finally arrives. The company is a total scam, I recommend avoiding at all costs.

I ordered two oxymasks and they never came. Don’t buy anything because you lose your money

After reading all these reviews after my husband stupidly tried to buy something off their website we immediately emailed asking for a refund as we ordered it by accident I sent like 6 emails over 2 days and they ended up giving us a refund so we were happy with that outcome

My order from 4. March has never arrived. Numerous complaints have been ignored by incompetent call center personal. The purchase never has been refunded!
EDIT: Is there a possibility to form a law suit to prosecute the responsible?

I ordered a novad oxy breath pro mask it took about two months to get to my house and when I got it I opened it up and it was a piece of super thin foam material a complete piece of crap I cannot believe they get away with selling this you must report this to your bank if you used your card and they will try and help you get a refund do not buy from them

Stay away. Scammers. Bought face mask and they were made of sponge like material. Once I asked for refund and an address all communication stopped...

I agree this company is a scam. I also bought Face Masks beg March, charged my Crefit Card $200+. Sent many emails, always promising, never delivering. Great hoax. Do not buy fro them

This company is running a blatant scam.
Do not buy a single product from them.
I did foolishly.
I bought 2 OxyBreath facemasks on 4th Match, the day immediately BEFORE their Ad was banned by the ASA.
Stupidly I gave them my bank details, they debited £98 from my account.
Various emails were exchanged, they promised that the order was completed and was mailed.
I should expect delivery by the 28th March.
Nothing.
Three weeks later, they have stopped replying to my emails.
I am £98 out of pocket and the masks (albeit claimed to be useless) have not yet arrived.
I doubt they ever will now.
I repeat - DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
THEY RUN A MASSIVE SCAM.

this is A SCAM. the order was arrived and it shocked me how useless those masks are. they are FOAM only, you don't believe me then go ahead spend your money. Fk scam will be turning in Hell. deserve to die for the crisis time.

Bought WiFi extenders from them which took ages to arrive, so long that I bought some BT ones instead as I couldn't wait any longer. When they finally arrived out of interest I set them up as I could give them to a friend. USELESS every device I connected to them couldn't see the internet which is what they were bought for. I wish I'd looked at the trustpilot reviews before I ordered. Good job I purchased them via PayPal!

My 2 oxy pro masks have finally arrived after 6 weeks. Shame on you for charging people an extortionate amount of money for cheap thin pieces of useless foam that cost pennies to make. Advert on website is misleading. These ‘masks’ are not fit for purpose. After numerous emails I keep getting fobbed off. They just won’t give me the return address. I’m going to have to claim back via my credit card. This company needs reporting!

Never received order. Been waiting since March 11, 2020. This was ordered on 1-27-2020.

They are total fraud.After waiting 2 weeks for them to ship I contacted them via email to cancel.They will not cancel...they engage in delaying tactics..just wait few days...then they say they can not cancel as order was processed...but they do not give you tracking number.
I contacted my CC company to get money back.

CONGRATULATIONS; YOU GOT ME THIS TIME (the only time I placed an order without consulting a review).
YOU WILL NEVER EVER CON ME AGAIN.
