PAID THEM FOR WIFI ULTRABOOST AND IT'S OVER A MONTH AND NOTHING, ALWAYS SAYING WAITING ON SHIPPING DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER. ALL BULLS--T .

I ordered an xwatch and paid by card. The money has been taken. A month later I am still waiting for the watch. I have approached NOVADS, via hyperstech. There is no definitive reply. I would suggest no one uses this firm again.

I ordered a smartwatch from this company over 10 days ago. The responses have been underwhelming and come from Hyperstech. First response: 'Your T-Watch is being picked up at our warehouse facility'. Picked up? Second response: 'Your order is being processed by our warehouse staff, we will inform you when it ships.' I emailed today, 10 days later, as I'd heard NOTHING since then. Response: 'Due to the spring festival, the orders are getting delayed a little bit'. What Spring Festival?? 'Also, you may have to wait for a little more time than the estimated delivery time' (which was already up to 15 days). 'If you still want to cancel the order then, refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once the order gets back to us, we will issue a full refund'. So I have to wait for the watch - a birthday present - to arrive in even more weeks' time, then send it back, wait for them to receive it, and wait for them to refund my money?! Not a chance of getting the money back otherwise!

I don't know whether other users can see the response from this place, but my review was dated Feb 2020. I eventually got my money back, probably around April, and the company has JUST NOW (end of October 2020) replied to my complaint. I leave you to decide whether to deal with them or not.

Triple bypass surgery I ordered a Novads/Hyperstetch Smart Bracelet. It took months to arrive and when it did it would not charge due to a connection issue with their charger wire. When I notified Novads they said NO EXCEPTIONS they have a 30 day return policy. They were unable to clarify if the 30 days was from date of purchase, date of shipment or date of delivery. Very unprofessional but they get to keep the money!!!

How is the overall rating 2.5 when EVERY review only gives them one. These criminals are related to Hyperstech who sell fake goods at ridiculous prices and if you hope for your money back you will be disappointed.

Horrible horrible horrible !!!! I ordered a drone through Novads in November giving the order about six weeks to get to our house in time for a Christmas present for our nieces who were coming to our house for Christmas. The drone never made it I emailed several times trying to get the status of my order. It just showed it was coming from China ,, had I known it was coming from China I would have never ordered. Novads took SIX weeks SIX weeks to ship a drone from China. In an age when Amazon delivers goods the same day it took this place over six weeks to get me a drone. I sent them several emails requesting them to expedite the shipping which they couldn’t do the drone say in China for over a month waiting to be shipped. It finally got to my house days AFTER Christmas thus ruining my nieces Christmas !! Because of Novads horrible service Novads offered to refund me my money 99.00 this was on December 31. It is now January 21 and I still haven’t received my refund. They insist they issued the refund however my bank never received the refund. They provide a bogus transaction number however my bank has no idea what the number is referring too. It’s a bogus number. I have sent several emails to them requesting they cancel the prior refund and reissue another refund. I even offers a bank letter showing my account was never credited NOvads has now stopped returning my emails and I still don’t have my refund. Scam scam scam. Dishonest company. dONT do business with Novads. They are a horrible company.

Hi, this company is a scam
I purchased an X-Watch on the 12th of Dec 2019 and it took a month to get to Australia. I charged it immediately it arrived snd this charge lasted less than 24 hrs. The instructions are minimal, to say the least. The icons on the face are so small they are VERY difficult to select. A lot of the time you get the message "BT is not connected" with no explanation asto what is needed.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away. You will only lose money.

Ordered item a month ago and although they’re keep saying I’ll receive item in a few days, it never appears to happen. Item also by ‘their’ tracking never left China. I have a real bad feeling about the money spent. One star because there is none lower.

Hi , they are in contact in relation to the refund, sent supposedly 12 days ago .they say their financial department issued the refund, but my Bank say it would be on my account by now. I know who I trust and it isn't novads, Hyperstech......This would not be happening , if they are not given the financial svs to do this. I wont let this go.
I had a refund from China and it took 3 days.?! A good company to deal with.
I will update this, when I have my refund.
If not, information on all the companies will be published and how I will continue with my claim.

Cheat practice on eco heater sales on black Friday offering great deal for CAD $ 118.00 plus upgrades extra but did not mentioned that this product has price in USD 89.00. Finally charge my cc CAD $ 121.47 did not sent an invoice when asked to cancel this order after 2 hours provide refund after 3 days but only CAD $ 115.15, even they promised a full refund which stays an empty words, not to mention that my invoice never arrived on email. On the top of that I have found the same product on Amazon for only CAD $ 54.99 fully equipped and free shipping. So if this company promise great deal or making statement of customer oriented option means nothing. I give them one star because there is no option without a star.
AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!
