Fantastic service throughout
Excellent customer service from the staff taking the calls and the booking team. Kept me well informed during the process. Surveyor 'Danny' phoned before the survey to discuss concerns, and after with an overview of findings and recommendations. Having used other surveyors previously this company are by far superior and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend using Novello Chartered Surveyors to carry out your home survey. The whole process took just over one week and the communication from them was excellent. We opted for the Pro option and the report we received was very precise and clear which made it easy to identify the issues. Ian also phoned me prior to receiving the report and explained the overall condition of the property which also helped.

Amazing service at a great price
Myself and my partner are first time buyers and have found the house buying process quite overwhelming.
After receiving an offer on a property and doing some research into finding a surveyor I decided to go with Novello due to reading their many positive reviews and their price being lower than other quotes I had received.
The process from getting a quote to receiving our survey report was very smooth.
The survey was booked and arranged with the estate agents within a day of paying. Claire Spelman was my contact who could pass on concerns to the surveyor and she was very quick to respond to my emails.
Nicholas Fowler conducted the survey. Nicholas gave me a call as soon as he had completed the survey to let me know key things he had identified.
The report was estimated to be delivered within 2 - 5 days but I received it just over 24 hours after the survey was completed.
The report went into great detail and included pictures of the property. It was offered to us that a phone call could be arranged with Nicholas if we wanted to talk through the report.
Me and my partner ultimately decided to pull out of the property purchase due to issues identified by the surveyor.
I would 100% recommend Novello and we will definitely be using them again when we find another property.
