Absolute total rubbish

Absolute total rubbish, signed up for their broadband and at first everything good then an email saying that my payment was overdue, thought that they had taken my details for a direct debit. Now they send me a message every month to say my payment is overdue and l end up spending a considerable amount of time trying to pay ad everything keeps going back to the beginning, extremely frustrating and you cannot get to speak to a real person. I am outta here ,they are the pits.

Scam company

Scam company. Cancelled my subscription on the TV and they resubscribe me for last 6 month charging me £150 without my permission but because I don't have an email (they should have sent) they will not refund. Where's my email subscribing again beyond the period I agreed to I ask. Scammers. Fraudsters. Disgusting business.

Poor quality service from both…

Poor quality service from both broadband and TV
I have both broadband and TV....the broadband is quite hit and miss, but is sufferable to use with out a long contract contract, which is the reason I chose NOWTV for broadband.
My daughter inadvertently signed up for the TV streaming service and ended up with a 6 month contract. When first using the service, it was ok, but when streaming some shows, the picture would often go blury and pixalated, so would spoil the enjoyment of the viewing. Subsequently, Now have been adding more and more adverts to the views, starting with ads just at the beginning of a show, then added ads in the middle of the show. But now there are up to 5 lots of adverts in the shows and it's become a real nuisance and totally spoils the viewings with these continuous interruptions that blast louder than the shows themselves.
it's not something I expected from a monthly paid subscription!! Ads should be for those that don't pay!! I'm highly disappointed and will not be continuing using the service once the contract is up.

THEY ARE STEALING EXTRA MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS THIS A FRAUDULENT CORRUPT SCAMMING COMPANY.

AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND ALL COMPLAINT EMAILS AND LIE TO YOU.

BEWARE fraudulent email

BEWARE fraudulent out of contract email. It says:

Do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £22.49 a month.

Or

Pick from one of the packages available to you below.

Then at the very bottom says:
Don't forget your NOW Broadband and Calls options above are available until 17/10/2023

So after only one month of the ‘continue your existing membership’ they’ll bump you onto their top tariff.

OMG i didn't think that a company these…

OMG i didn't think that a company these days could be so bad.
Engineer connected my line but I didn't have broadband when I returned from work. Called them and they said that it would be on by midnight. Next day no broadband. Called them again and they told me that it was Open reaches fault not theirs. Said would book for open reach to attend but then couldn't. Apparently my billing date doesn't start for another 5 days so there is nothing I can don until the. I questioned this as I would never have signed up knowing I would not have broadband for 5 days but they said there was nothing I could do. I offered to pay them over the phone but they said no. I am now stuck in a contract but without broadband. Considering I came from Sky broadband, the sister company od NOW, this is unacceptable. Stay away. Oh and they don't have a complaints department, you have to submit a complaint online.......ironic went I don't have Internet access at home.

Save yourself the bother and don’t join Now

Such a terrible internet provider and worse customer service. Their internet was so slow that I cancelled and went elsewhere yet Now keep taking my money! They keep you on hold for sometimes over an hour then cut you off. My problem has still not been resolved after more than ten calls. Nightmare but lesson learned…

I wish I had fead these reviews first. This service is appalling. We wanted to watch the us open tennis. Only to find that you can only watch a selection of 2 or 3 matches. Sky claim you can choose from 16 courts. Also the devices supported by NOW is very limited. My Apple Mac works but only offers very limited viewing. This service is not worth using and I suggest you check out the details first. A waste of money.

Please don't waste your time or money

Complete and utter shambles of a company. Please don't waste your hard earned on them. Paid for a days Sports pack. Waste of money. Watched the first game Aus vs All Blacks. Tried to watch some cricket but got an error 72. Playing has stopped unknown error. Tried watching Boks vs Argentina. Same error message. Tried logging out and back in. Same. Tried on other devices. Same. Contacted their ( total lack of ) support. Was told I wasn't on the internet. I pointed out I was talking to them on a windows laptop. My wife was on Netflix via the Sky box and my son was on his PC gaming. I also told them I had done a speed test and gave him the upload and download speeds. No.......told me to restart the router. No. Give him the app version number and a screenshot of the error. I told him their app doesn't allow screenshots, but I sent a photo. Told me to restart my router!
I said I wanted a refund as the Rugby and cricket I joined to watch had now ended.
No refund as I started viewing something, but he would put a £10 credit on the account. I pointed out there was no point as I couldn't watch anything.
I shall report then to the Ombudsman and try to get my money and compensation from them that way. More people need to do the same.

Utter garbage these days, pay for TV services and still have to watch adverts every ten minutes unless you want to fork out another £6. So they're getting your membership fee plus money from advertising? Get in the bin.

Very poor service avoid at all costs

Very poor service

Called to advise I was going to sky and they ceased my line not allowing Sky to take over then emailed to say we emailed you to say your line was going off. Yes I knew I was leaving them but they also knew I was going to sky so should have allowed sky to take over but ceasing had left me now with no service at all and no date of when this can be sorted! The email was dismissive and general shows a real lack of customer service.

Rubbish internet

Internet keeps crashing. No technical help, bar being told to switch the modem off and on. I am stuck in a contract that I cannot get out of, with the worst service I have had in over 20 years of using the internet.
