Great site, fast delivery! What more could you want... Love my jacket

I ordered a pair of jeans they came next day, a really easy process, great communication and the size information was spot on.

Ordered a tshirt and it arrived faulty. Returned for an exchange and was sent the same faulty tshirt .
I had to pay to return the faulty tshirt.
No response to emails.

STOP! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ITS A SCAM.

Not only is their address on Google a scam (when you google view the street view looks nothing like the main picture.

Maybe once upon a time this was a legitimate site but no longer. They even contacted me when I first ordered claiming they were this small independent company and how thankful they were of my service but I suspect this is just a way of putting you off their scam.

They will take your money and cut off all contact. Do not be fooled.

Item arrived on time and I was updated throughout the process , found the website easy to navigate.

I don’t normally like giving reviews, but I felt compelled to write one this time as I checked the recent Trust Pilot reviews before ordering and I wasn’t sure if I should place the order or not. To be honest I was a little put off by them but I could not have been more wrong.

Within minutes of placing the order, I received confirmation of the tracking details and both bags I ordered arrived within two days to the Isle of Man.

Great communications, excellent service, competitive pricing, quick delivery and the genuine articles sent.

I will be ordering again.

I never received my order. Money was quicly withdrawn and them nothing happend. No response on e-mails or customer service. It is a scam and I will not buy from them ever again

Bought an Edwin t-shirt, arrived on time for my holiday, great delivery service. Super helpful when I asked about sizes, really happy with the t-shirt. I’ll be buying another one from them soon.

I ordered two rain duffel weekend bags, but only one arrived. No one will answer my phone call or email/chat. The WhatsApp number does not exist. Planning on disputing with credit card if I do not hear back in a few days. Recent reviews suggest something is happening, as this seems to be a July trend. I ordered from them 6 months ago and everything was fine, so confused on recent issue.

I purchased a product for approximately $800, but after two weeks, it still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve been unable to reach anyone from the company, and I can't secure a refund. I’m hoping PayPal will be able to process a refund due to their lack of communication, but I’m not very optimistic about that. This company is truly a scam.

Sadly , disappointing. The communication needs addressing of this company. Dropped them a email with no response. Poor. This is the first time I’ve used this company but I won’t return. …Waiting for a refund, which I feel the company are dragging their heels …

They sent out the wrong size coat. I emailed a few times to no reply, I phoned to no answer and the WhatsApp number doesn’t exist.

I then left a review and they called back straight away with an apology and promising if I send back the item, they will send the correct one.

Sent back a week ago, and nothing. I’ve chased via email to both the info and the owners email addresses but zero reply and no coat.

So I’m currently down £250 with nothing to show for it.

Ordered and never received anything tried to contact the company multiple times to rectify And diddnt even get an acknowledgment.

Doesn’t answer emails/instagram/phone. Somehow my package is in Israel, I live in Australia
They say email anything and they help but nothing, what a joke. (Will change if i get my order)
