Great Service from staff at NWH
NWH, Great to deal with, had a great experience with Shaunni, our clients requirements changed frequently on a site, which put the site team under a bit of pressure as materials we're needed urgently, Shaunni went out her way to assist, getting the materials needed to us at short notice on multiple occasions, even had the good nature to have a laugh about it with the guys when they called in.
Great to have confidence in a company that can make that happen.

Since working with Amanda of NWH , booking skips with her has been a dream, always helpful to rebook or cancel skips etc.
Most skip companies I have used would not be bothered.

Don’t collect skips when agreed
Can wait over a week
Don’t have enough drivers
Hollie, to respond to your response this morning, the issue was resolved a week after I posted my first review.
The issue as I understand it was that NWH had taken over a Glasgow based skip company but didn’t have enough drivers in place to collect skips already out.
I won’t be job specific.
I was doing my neighbour a favour by letting the skip be on my drive who was having their drive done, so the road was not congested for my neighbours.

Following our review of the delivery in question, we’ve learned that the driver was relatively new and had not been fully aware of the time restrictions in your area. We have since spoken with them to ensure they understand these requirements moving forward, so this does not happen again.
