Massive thank you to Finlay and the NWH team. I am part of the management at a 700+ capacity venue in Midlothian, we had been with B*ffa for over 8 years. Prices were going through the roof and service was getting worse & worse. We were contacted by Finlay to offer us a quote to see if the NWH group could offer us a better deal. Not only did they offer us a better deal but they have also provided a great service on our weekly bin collections since. Finlay made the switching process almost seamless and was always on hand to help us with any questions or issues we had, would highly recommend NWH Group.

We had a last minute job come through which required a quick turn around and NWH were able to accommodate our requirements, as such the job finished ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was happy with the service. The communication from Siobhan in the office was excellent and liaising with her was a pleasure.

Phoned looking for information on a long term skip hire and couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received from Rachel. Any questions I had where no bother at all and Rachel explained everything in depth. We made the decision to switch to NWH Group this year and this process was handled expertly by Finlay from start to finish saving us quite a bit of money in the process. Our previous provider was being difficult about ending our contract but this did not phase NWH who were more than happy to wait to get us on board! We find the service to be extremely reliable and we have not encountered any issues. We are confident that any issues that may arise in the future would be dealt with competently by customer services. Highly recommended.

Excellent service by Finlay from setting up the account to actioning and booking in the collections. Any issues have been quickly resolved and highly recommend NWH for business waste. Far better service and price than our previous collection agent.

Gemma Sim supplied us with a number of skips and concrete from the volumetric on an earlier occasion.
Communications were excellent, the project was in Torness Power Station over a weekend so no margins for delay and space was very limited.
All went very well
