Order placed 14/01/26. Nothing has arrived but the website says despatched. Queried daily through the customer service email and not had one response. Not even a courtesy email saying they are looking into it. I have requested a refund or the product. This is so disappointing not to be acknowledged at all. Will use my back to now try and re-claim the amount paid..

Not received my purchase and no customer service
Used this company for nearly 3 years. Purchased some pods on the 9th Jan, not received anything and tried to contact 3 times with no response on Monday and Tuesday, using the contact section on the website. This has really damaged my view on this company as it has been 2 weeks without my purchase and no acknowledgement at all.

Since my usual vape store not selling…
Since my usual vape store not selling the NZO pods anymore I came back to the usual website to order my pods, I just have to say they have improved there service so much since I last ordered which was around 2 years ago. Marcus has been such an amazing help making sure I get my pods on time for my holiday going above and beyond to help me. I love the new chat feature on the website this makes it a lot easier to communicate rather than email as I know they can get lost sometimes, very quick to reply in the chat which has been a game changer! NZO is back in the game!

Placed an order a week ago & it still has not been dispatched yet. I have emailed them a couple of times to try to find out when I will receive my items & no one has replied to me. I would not order with this company as it seems they are not trading but for some reason still have their site up.
