I purchased vapes and pods from this company. There was major problems with the delivery due to the delivery company loosing my parcel . Marcus went above and beyond to sort it out . He kept me up to date with everything that was happening and even sent me out a vape and pack of pods to keep me going until the delivery company finally got my parcel to me . I highly recommend this company

I purchased the starter pack and pods. The pods Tasted awful. Every one of them. So disappointed considering reviews. Felt like a proper cigarette with the taste. I had the mint, mango, blackberry and Berry. I won't be purchasing from nzo again.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected, no updates on delivery. Package arrived damaged, open, 1 liquid missing and also had the wrong product inside.
Customer service takes a long time to reply, and still waiting for a reply regarding the issues with the order

I've emailed the company regarding a problem 4 times since Dec 14th and had no reply apart from the automated "we will reply within 48 hours " message, and if course they haven't!

Unable to verify my age!
As I do not own a smartphone & my desktop computer does not have a camera it seems to be impossible to verify my age (71 years) although I have offered to provide by e-mail a copy of my driving license and self photograph - Not a very good system as other vape suppliers use the "1Account" verification system which is faultless - Good to see the company is reviewing it's procedures - No doubt they will advise any improvement in due course.

As a company we take underage sales very seriously and take every effort to prevent vape products ending up in the hands of the underage. Poor customer service
I have used nzo for a few years now and the product is very good. However the past few orders I have placed have had issues, the website has become harder to order from and what used to be excellent service has steadily gone into decline. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order, the money has been debited from my account and have tried to make contact with the company via email and live chat. In the past they have been very helpful but found lately no timely reply. I appreciate things go wrong with deliveries but for loyal regular customers to not get a response to the query or an update is not great. The Nzo of old used to be great service but have lost a lot of faith from a customer who has shopped with them for 3 years. Timely responses are key to updating a customer and now am reluctant to place another order as I'm out of pocket, have no clue if my package will arrive and still awaiting a response from nearly a week ago.
