Worst website experience ever?
This review isn't concerning NZO's products. I have bought their products previously from a bricks and mortar store and they are excellent.
This review is about what probably ranks as the worst retail website it has ever been my displeasure to use. I had already spent several days trying to place an order online but could never get past the checkout stage. I tried on several devices including my phone, tablet and PC.
Today I decided to try again with no luck, so I contacted them via their chat line. The person dealing with me, Ashleigh, seemed perfectly lovely but we still had problems.
It turned out that I couldn't proceed to check out because I had items in my basket that were out of stock, despite in the company's own admission they were showing as in stock on their website. After removing those items and replacing them with others, it allowed me to go to the checkout stage. Hurrah success at last. But no it wasn't finished with me yet. The site advertises FREE delivery with orders over 25 GBP, but when it came to shipping options I was only presented with a 3.99 option or a 6;99 option. As I still had the poor company representative on live chat I asked where my Free shipping option was, a question she didn't actually answer and just told me to choose first class shipping and gave me a discount code for 20% off which I'm guessing would negate the cost of shipping I was about to pay. Ok I thought, at least I'll get my order placed and be able to get on with my day.
Unfortunately despite several attempts, the code failed to work.
I was asked to wait a few minutes while they generated a new code for me. I waited and I waited and then I sent a message to check they were still alive and kicking, only to receive an automated message telling me the live chat was now closed and advising me of their opening hours.
Fortunately, my new best friend Ashleigh had not abandoned me and continued to try and help. In the end, when everything else had failed, I was presented with a gift card code that did actually work and negated the shipping costs plus a few pounds extra.
I swear you couldn't make it up. I would estimate that the whole process took at least an hour to resolve, an hour that I'll never get back.Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a website. This is quite a saturated market with many other similar products available. I would proffer this company will not survive for much longer if they don't dispense with their current web development team and employ some professionals in their place.
I don't like to leave things on a negative note, so I will add that Ashleigh was a pleasure to deal with and was very patient with someone who was losing the will to live.

used nzo products for about a year now find that the products are good, but website is bad.... normally checkout doesn't load, seems to load only when you play around with basket a few times. The yoti age verification is a pain, that for some reason it seems you have to go through every time your order, on an account that your age has already been checked on previous orders ???? wouldn't be an issue if you could buy the reload pods in the shops (yes the same shops that sell the nzo e-liquids to put in the reload pods)

I have just placed an order
I have just placed an order. Increased it to above £25.00 to get free delivery. Once I increased the order there wasn’t an option for free delivery and the delivery fee moved from £2.99 to £3.99. I really wanted the items so went ahead and bought but I’m feel ripped off.
On the plus side I love the vapes. They are good value, charge on a UBS-C so very handy and the refillable pods are the best ever.
