Arrived quickly and work really well. You can refill them until the vape flashes red to tell you to change it. One reusable cartridge lasted me 6 refills which for me was 6 days.

Faulty-wont charge
The vape itself was good, for all of 6 hours! Charged overnight, woke up to it being dead. Tried multiple chargers and all dont work so definitely a faulty vape, definitely gutted considering it was £20 and used once.

Broken pipe when pulling out charger cable
Yes I received my equipment out but sadly the first time I plugged it in and disconnected it the bottom of the charger pulled out leaving the pen broken. Thankfully I bought 2 so still have one to use but now worried every time I plug the other one in.

Not very good, there's a reason these are cheap
Very sticky aftertaste, doesn't really feel like a smoke (for someone trying to convert from smoking to quitting through vaping) it just doesn't taste right nor leave a pleasant feeling in the mouth after. Just a word of advice for those trying to quit smoking by using vaping methods, I would personally suggest that you go to a more premium way of doing it and a better vaping system. I suppose though that this is why these ones are so cheap.

After many years of smoking I've…
After many years of smoking I've finally found a vape that I like. Ideal vape for those who don't want a huge brick of a vape in their pocket. Small compact and at a great price. Would like to see some more flavours available in different nicotine mg's. A cherry flavour would be nice. But so far I'm more than happy with my NZO vape. 100% will be recommending these to friends and family.

Their products are very nice
Their products are very nice, but their prices are very variable on their websites. They sell for 10 a day, 7.5 a day, and 5 a day. I hope they bring a standard and sell for 5 all the time :) Customer services provide quick response to e-mails, and when there is a problem, they provide a solution to make the customer happy. The rewards programs are very tempting.
