Orders placed during the Jubilee Bank holiday weekend were shipped the next available working day and due to a Royal Mail backlog there were a few small delays to deliveries. I can see your order arrived within 5 working days of shipping.

I am sorry you are disappointed in the service you received. When Royal Mail lost your order we worked with you to find a solution. We have replied to every email but as I explained this morning I am not sure you have been receiving all of the correspondence.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the full order value as per your most recent request as the order was reshipped as soon as we knew there was an issue and has been received successfully by yourself. You can if you wish return the items unused in their original packaging so we can provide you with a refund as per our Return Policy which is available on our website. Much better value than the dispoables and good to know they are designed and manufactured in UK. Draw is good and toke is nice that you get used to after a while. Probs best flavour I enjoy so far is the Mango Ice. Cheers

Love the design of the pod and ease of use. Some flavours are better then others for lasting, And sometimes I find it hard to draw on with certain flavours. Over all I am happy with my device and will continue to purchase cartridges.
