Top top top company to shop from
Top top top company to shop from. I have loved dealing with the customer service, they were absolutely excellent at arranging delivery and making sure I had the item fast (due to a party). And the product is absolutely outstanding. Easy to set up the table, and the chairs are just so comfy. To top it all it looks fantastic. 10/10. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family especially to my parents who need new garden furniture.

Very happy with the garden furniture…
Very happy with the garden furniture itself but the cover is next to useless and it’s impossible to secure around the dining set unless it is weighted down as the system for tightening around the chairs is useless and ineffective. Also driver delivers on a pallet that he refused to take with him so we now have a massive pallet to go to the tip which is both frustrating and very wasteful. This is a terrible system and needs reviewing from both a cost and environmental perspective.

We use a pallet service to avoid the overhandling of the items which in turn avoids damages, it's also one of the quickest ways to send the items, wooden pallets are also widely recycled and reused making them some of the most environmentally friendly packaging available to us.
We do send dispatch emails out before we dispatch the items which gives an opportunity for the customers to let us know if this type of delivery would not be convenient.
We would also normally send an SMS advising the customers of the method used to advise them of this in case of needing to change this, however we were unable to do so as no phone number was provided on your original order, however we did advise that the courier we were using was a pallet company in the email asking you to provide this information to arrange the delivery.
We would also have been happy to have the items sent with the 2 man team, we would just need to be made aware of the situation.
We do not like to have any of our customers inconvenienced and if you would like to reach out to me directly with the concerns you have with the cover for your product I will be able to see if there is anything we could do to rectify this issue for you.

Furniture is lovely, delivery not so good
Furniture is lovely. Looks really good and comfortable. Not too happy with delivery as I was told I’d get a text from the deliver driver when it was due to arrive. Received no text on the day and he turned up unexpectedly at 6pm. Didn’t realise what was meant by the furniture being delivered on a pallet, so more explanation should be given and driver would only drop off at front of house. Luckily I had my daughter to help me get it in the garden. No complaints about furniture just delivery service could be better and have 2 delivery drivers so they could deliver to garden. You must be losing a lot of custom by using these carriers.

Very happy with the 2 chairs I purchased. They are comfortable to sit on for more than 10 minutes like some. They feel well made too.
I would have liked a little more colour selection, like a red shade but all in all I would buy from Oak Furniture King again.
