Website doesn't work
Website doesn't work. I attempted to view beds and received message "We can't find products matching the selection". This may be because the prize range is set to zero. But impossible to alter price.

We discontinued our range of beds a while ago which is why the website pulled up the message advising that no products could be found to match the selection. With no products in this category listed there will be no prices also.
This is done to ensure we are not misleading customers with having products listed at potential selling prices and them enquiring into stock replenishment dates/delivery dates and us not being able to provide that information.
We apologise for the disappointment this has caused,
Delivery was atrocious and customer care lacking
Placed an order, was advised that I would be contacted regarding delivery. Delivery was attempted on the 7/5/24. Sent an email to the customer service team saying no delivery arrangements had been made and saying that if there was to be an issue to cancel the order and issue a refund. I then asked for a Saturday delivery and was informed this not possible. Opted for Wednesday 15/5/24 when I could have some help with taking in the order. Got home on Thursday 9/5/24 to find that the pallet delivery had been delivered right in front off garage door and looking at the courier tracking, apparently I had signed for it! I had noone to assist with me with bringing the extremely delivery in, so it was left sat on my driveway until the next evening when I asked a neighbour for some help.
I sent a complaint in and was given assurances this matter would be looked into. Not once did this company respond to my complaint without being prompted. After 3 chase ups, I have now been advised that the courier company have 'expressed their apologies' but no other information is available and how would I like the complaint to be resolved. I would hope that most companies would have a service level agreement that would lead to complaint resolution, apparently not.
The product is great on a plus point.

Upon reviewing your case, I can ascertain that after you placed your order, we requested a contact phone number to arrange delivery, as one was not initially provided. Once you supplied this information, we confirmed receipt and informed you that the courier would contact you within 48 hours.
When you indicated that you might have missed the delivery attempt and expressed frustration over the lack of pre-arrangement, we promptly followed up and assured you that we could coordinate with the courier to reschedule delivery, requesting a convenient date.
I acknowledge that you initially requested a Saturday morning delivery. However, given that deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday, you agreed to a Wednesday morning delivery. We confirmed the delivery date for Wednesday, 15th May.
The delivery was made earlier than scheduled on Thursday 9th May without prior notification, causing you inconvenience.
We sincerely apologised immediately, as we were not aware of this premature delivery, and we contacted the courier for an explanation when we received your notification of this via an email on 10th May.
When speaking to you on the phone at the time, we offered you the option of having the courier return to collect the pallet and redeliver on another day, but you declined this offer since the item had already been delivered.
We acknowledged your concerns, and assured you of our commitment to resolving the issue.
Like many other companies, we rely on external carriers and are subject to their scheduling and fulfillment processes and I can only offer further apologies if the response was delayed further than you would have liked, however there has been a period of a Public Holiday which may also have prolonged their processes.
Upon receiving your email this morning, we shared the appropriate information that we were provided by the courier with you .
As advised, we are unable to offer further details regarding any internal disciplinary or feedback measures they might implement concerning any incorrect procedures followed by the driver. However, we have informed them of the situation, and they have expressed their apologies.
We inquired how else we could further assist and awaited your response. However, I see that you have now opted to publish a public review rather than providing us with an opportunity to explore alternatives to assist you further.

8 piece rattan dining set
We had been searching for this type of product for a while and this meets all our expectations. Ordering was easy and the team contacted us the next day to arrange delivery. The product arrived well packed and protected, it’s great quality and we’re super pleased
