Oakwood Windows recently replaced 12 windows for us. Mario was very helpful in the showroom as was Tania. The fitters were excellent, on time, polite and tidy. They fitted the windows in 2 days. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience ordering from Oakwood doors. Initially one of the doors I ordered was out of stock, but they contacted the manufacturer and one was available for delivery. Delivery was quickly organised. I then had an issue with the glass in two of the glazed doors. Oakwood doors dealt with this quickly, chasing the manufacturer for delivery of the replacement doors and keeping me updated. Such excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.

Excellent speedy work by Mandy. I had landed a cancellation with my joiner and needed my black solid wood Mexicano doors asap and she did everything she could to make sure this happened. Will use again. Thanks.

Fantastic service. Don't bother buying online talk to a human being for a fantastic service and advice. Mandie was very helpful with advice for me to choose the correct doors and handles. Delivery was on time as promised with regular updates and even brought them all inside to the room.

Excellent service, extremely professional. Kitchen totally transformed with minimal fuss at a very competitive price. Extremely pleased customer.

You could probably save a tenner or so surfing the net for cheaper, but then you wouldn't be able to ...
a) ask a human about the door construction (we were cutting more off the bottom than stated tolerances)
b) prompt a call from Oakwood to the manufacturer for construction and availability, then later receive a line drawing for your carpenter to see in advance what he'll get
c) receive a courtesy call a day after ordering with likely delivery time
d) receive a delivery call checking a then proposed time is convenient
e) receive the doors not only within a three hour timeslot but actually within 15 minutes of the "likely estimated time"
f) have the driver take the doors into your property to the destination room.
Nothing to fault. Huddersfield's finest (and I'm the other side of the country).

The Customer Service Sales Team are fantastic, genuinely care about their customers and so helpful. They go the extra mile to help and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Would certainly recommend as the service was very professional and the doors arrived on the date advised.

I ordered 5 doors (4 bespoke), which arrived recently and we couldn’t be any happier with them. We were dealt with by Claire, from enquiry, order and to delivery, who was excellent in keeping us up to date despite manufacturer delays. Will definitely be returning for more in the future!

Needed a door today. The ladies were amazing both on the phone and in person. I got a sale door for a fantastic price. The 2 ladies ( one was sharon) unhooked it from the wall and helped me get it in my car. Will definitely be back to buy more doors and fittings. Thank you.

stunning.

They were delivered within a week and even though a couple were damaged in transit, I received replacements within 3 days.

I must mention Cassie who dealt with my enquiry efficiently and professionally, nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend.

From choosing our 13 LPD doors through to their delivery, our experience has been absolutely amazing! 🤗
They were the only company during these exceptional times whom I could actually seek advice from their really helpful customer service team directly...on the phone (rather than other companies who only seem to offer contact via an email service)....
They were also the only ones who could advise me of the best combination of doors within their expansive ranges and could guarantee that consistency of final finish because I had the option of them spraying all my 13 doors onsite in a choice of satin or matt varnish too.
All timings were met well in advance with the choice of having them delivered early too.
Having spoken to the lovely Nick who delivered the doors (indoors too!), I think they provide such a great service as the company has a real family feel about it... they genuinely care about the service they provide which has been proven over the many years they have been running.

Ordered two doors and got a first class service.The young lady on the phone was very helpful and phoned me the day before they arrived. The doors arrived at the time stated . The driver was polite and carried the doors inside for me. The doors were well wrapped and of great value and look great. Well done Oakwood doors .

We recently used Oakwood Doors to buy 5 laminated oak doors including a made to measure oak door. They were brilliant throughout. The doors were very competitively priced and when they arrived they were in perfect condition and well wrapped. (I've ordered doors from Wicks in the past and half of them needed to be returned because they were damaged). The customer service was excellent (this was also through Covid lockdown) I spoke to several members of staff and they were all very helpful and knowledgable (Claire, Cassie, Sharon). The doors themselves are excellent quality - the carpenter we hired to fit them asked for this company's details as he said they were the best he'd fit. Thank you, great service!

We are renovating our house so ordering from lots of companies and I’m so glad I came across Oakwood Doors’s. They were friendly, professional (thanks Cassie!) and got our doors to us in a couple of weeks where other companies were stating months. They got us out of a bind during these tricky Covid times. Order from these guys, they care about their customers, you can trust them 100%.

We approached Oakwood doors after visiting other door retailers and with lack of product knowledge from other retailers found it a minefield in obtaining what we wanted.
We required 20 doors and wanted them to match in a Matt finish although we realised wood is a natural product.
When visiting Oakwood we were greeted by Claire who said as they finished the doors in house they would try and match them the best they could but could not give 100% guarantee.
With her confident approach and someone who appeared to know her stuff we ordered them.
As true to her word they were delivered in the time frame and look just as we wanted.
