Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The doors are amazing quality and beautiful along with being reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a damaged door , rang customer service and Sharon was fantastic, she did all she could to accommodate me. Would definitely use them again and the doors are beautiful.

Disappointed. Kept receiving damaged doors. They claimed it was just dust!

As a self employed joiner i need a reliable supplier and quality doors, I get that with Oakwood. Staff with a good knowledge of the products they sell and delivery always on the dot. Dont be fooled by inferior lookalike doors from the big DIY stores

I bought my doors as the last purchase of doing my house up and I cannot believe the difference it has made! My house is complete and i am obsessed. I wouldn't use anyone else, fantastic customer service and delivered exactly when they said they would be.

Needed some new doors as I live in a terraced cottage , the choice was great , I struggled between a couple of styles and the staff were great with advice on design and helped me make a great choice, really great service and delivery was prompt, they kept me up to date with day and times , even though it was a time frame which you expect with deliveries, they delivered on time, given the closures with all the road works going on is pretty great

I can say you won't get better doors and service with a price to match first class Highley recommend a visit.

I recently received some beautiful doors from Oakwood doors, the staff are very friendly and were able to provide me with everything I needed. Great pricing for such gorgeous doors I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

This company is a complete and utter rip off I ordered 3 doors online to receive within 3-5 working days after a week of no contact - I contacted them to be told that the company they used to get the doors from had not bothered to order them and that they would be ordered now eventually got the doors only to find they had sent wrong size asked to send them back and got them sent back after my refund was done but they had taken off delivery charge and collection charge so minus £79.98 for doors they delivered late and sent wrong items when challenged about this they replied with you ordered them and you wanted them collected when asked if I could speak to a manger as I was entitled to my delivery charge being given back I was told no and to put my complaint in writing - so am now taking it up with customer rights and my credit card company

Exceptional customer service. Ordered 3 doors which arrived quickly and on the day they said they would deliver. There was a small problem with one of the doors, but was quickly resolved hassle free and efficiently by the staff. All members of staff i spoke to were polite and professional thank you for all your help, will definitely recommend and use the company again!

A really decent company to do business with. Had a few small issues but with the help and efficiency of Leoni and Cassie, was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
