From the very first phone call to the sales department through to the customer service department the girls have been very professional and friendly.
The doors arrived direct from the manufacturer speedily and on the day stated and we could not be more pleased.

Really disappointing service after a fault with a door. The product was sold without an essential part, which later became apparent when water seeped in and damaged the entire door. Slow and poor response to our complaint, still not resolved. A shame as door quality was good - before it was wrecked by rain seeping in.

It's a bit late to give a review, as I bought the doors nearly 4 years ago, but in order to recommend the company to a friend I had to look back at the website and that led me to check the recent reviews for her. I bought 7 internal doors in mid-2014, involving four different sizes, with two of them part-glazed, and with a variety of handles, hinges and locks. Everything arrived on the agreed date. My only 'complaint' would be that the delivery man arrived well before the agreed time of 08:00 and, as the house was standing empty (for total refurbishment), he simply stacked the doors outside (visible from the road) and was about to leave as I arrived at 07:45. I thought that was a touch careless but no harm was done.
That is a small gripe, though. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The doors look fantastic and the hinges, handles and catches all work perfectly. We have had many compliments and exclamations of how beautiful/unusual the doors are, compared with the regular white-painted doors in most houses, and we have been happy to pass on Oakwood's details. It's worth adding that the customer services or sales staff with whom we dealt on the phone, because it was a moderately complex order, were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not likely to need more doors for a very long time (a coffin is more likely) but I would happily return to Oakwood if I were to need some.

After some bad experiences with ordering doors, these guys are a breath of fresh air.

I ordered 4 doors, a whole set of handles and hinges etc and they got delivered when I expected them to and the person who delivered the doors was very friendly too. I was told on the phone what time he would arrive and he arrived close enough to that time so am very impressed with this company.

Thought Oakwood Doors did a really good job, I had some questions so I gave them a ring and their team were really helpful. Delivery was good too, and the doors came exactly as promised. So would recommend them,
