Oasis Living have recently found tenants for my flat in London and have been a pleasure to work with. Patient when the refurbishment was delayed by Covid restrictions, quick when it was possible to move ahead, and efficient with the detail.

Extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Properties exactly as described and no request is too much which makes for a comfortable hassle free stay

I had a great stay with Oasis Living. It was only for a month so didn’t have to contact them too much but the check-in was super easy.

The place was neat and spacious. The hosts were very kind and quick in communicating. Location was alright. Getting into apt was a bit complicated, but once you watch the tutorial it's quite easy. All the amenities were there. A working table was a nice touch.

Very unresponsive while staying in one of their properties. Now withholding our deposit without explanation. So far over an hour on hold trying to speak to someone

The agent is very helpful and responsive. I recommend it. The flats are new and clean. Price is reasonable.

Definitely a good choice for short stay in St Albans

Comfortable and great location, host very friendly and fast response. Love to stay in the apartment, have some noise from the traffic at night but still acceptable. Would recommend to all people.

Il contatto con l'host è stato molto dinamico e chiaro. Il check-in ed il check-out sono stati veloci, semplici e rispettati. Nel quartiere, caratteristico, si trovano tutti i negozi necessari per il soggiorno. La linea 41 del bus è impeccabile e ti porta in pochi minuti alle due metropolitane "Victoria line" e "Piccadilly line" e dalla stazione dei treni per l'aeroporto di "stansted".
Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una Londra da vivere ... torneremo presto... grazie.""

""We stayed for 9 days (August 16-25, 2021) in an apartment at Zenith House- Seven Sisters Lawrence Road! Clean, beautiful apartment complete with everything you need. Contact with the host was very dynamic and clear. Check-in and check-out were fast, simple and respected. In the quaint neighborhood, you will find all the shops you need for your stay. The bus line 41 is flawless and takes you in a few minutes to the two subways "Victoria line" and "Piccadilly line" and from the train station to "stansted" airport.

The environment was pleasant. The flat is very tidy and quiet. We enjoy the modern kitchen so much. It was really a very welcome home for everyone.

The flat is close to supermarkets at a walking distance (4-5min) as well as lots of places to eat around.

Most importantly there's plenty of Bus and Underground choices to travel around London.

The place itself is very well equipped: pans, a big fridge freezer, cutlery, etc. I was doing Quarantine the first 10 days of my Stay and having all these things already in the Flat were very handy to cook my meals. The remaining 10 days of my stay as I mentioned before was really easy to move around London.

The Space is perfect for 1 to 2 people, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the lighting system around the flat is amazing! it gives an extra touch to the property!

Communication with the host was great too! I always received prompt responses to every question I had.

Definitely staying again!

Airbnb was lacking a couple of essentials such as hangers, but overall the property was brilliant.
Absolutely immaculate!! And great location to the train station.

Great place. Very clean. Has everything you need. Great location. Shops nearby and beautiful park around the corner. Also just a 10min walk to city centre. I would really recommend this place.

The flat is a very nice and cozy, it is well located and secure in a modern building.
The hosts were really nice and they made sure everything went great all the time.
Definitely will book again with them.

Nice place, 90% of answers covered in instruction email went very helpful. Only bothersome thing was that the window did not stay open fully unless u pushed to max, and a shorter person would not be able to do so.

Our experience was absolutely terrible.

Paid holding deposit ready to sign contract and never forgot sent it after asking for months on end.

Phone number on website doesn’t connect to anyone and just puts you on hold for hours.

Communication is abysmal.
