Had a great stay, the apartments is very clean and well designed, it is so easy to check in. Not one issue and has all the amenities you need in a great location with all the privacy. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at Sam’s place on a couple of occasions and as always, the communication is excellent, the apartment is always clean and never any issues with collecting keys checking in. I will be staying here again in the future!

Really nice, well located, modern flat, located close to the city centre, a supermarket and rail services. Impeccably clean and well equipped. Good communicative, helpful hosts too.

This studio flat was lovely peaceful and comfortable. It was really clean and the hosts have excellent communication skills. Perfect space to have my online meetings without disturbance. WIFI was good. There was local shops within walking distance if I needed anything. Overall, fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

A lovely place to stay. Spacious, clean also very easy to access. The host are very easy to contact and have quick replies which is very helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Very positive experience inside of a modern and up to date apartment. The property contained everything needed for a good solid short stay. I cant see myself using hotels if such accommodation like this remains available.

The flat is very well equipped, clean and just as described. It is close to the City Centre of St Albans and next to Sainsbury supermarket. Very convenient and handy. Oasis Living's service is superb. Always helpful and contactable. I will definitely recommend.

My stay here wasn't the best. Please note that there is no TV at this apartment. I think this is stated in the description, but it is something I was not expecting upon arrival. The Wifi was so bad that it was unusable if you wanted to use it to watch something on netflix/youtube. The washing machine 'spin' didnt work so clothes came out heavy and soaked through with water. The microwave did not work either - it worked for about 10 seconds and then automatically turned off each time I attempted to use it. At one point the hot water stopped working, but then started working by itself. I said that an engineer was not needed as the problem was rectified, they organised for an engineer to come and take a look regardless. This engineer didn't show up, which was an inconvenience because we made sure to be awake and ready for them. The bedding was not satisfactory, they provided a very thin duvet which is not ideal for winter months. There is a spare one in the cupboard however it did not look appealing to use. The towels and linens looked old and did not look fresh. There were orange/red bleach marks on the towels. The hallway in the building also smelled awful. We had to hold our breaths when walking to/from our apartment, it was that bad.

The only positives were that the apartment was clean, the bathroom and shower was pleasant. The location was a good distance from the nearest tube station.

Would definitely not recommend or stay here again.

Pro:
#) The accomodation met the expectations and was good overall.
#) Customer Service was always available and quick to respond.
#) Early check in was made possible.

Con:
#) The building itself, although new was quite noisy (flat next to elevator shaft).
#) The cleaner seemed to have focused on the most important facilities (bath+bed) and left out the rest.

Everything was great , check in and out , communication with host is great and easy. Safe location new and modern and have access to most facilities

Comfortable stay at a clean location.
Quite accommodating and helpful all throughout the stay. The room was ready at an earlier requested check-in time which was very appreciated.

Great experience, the apartment was lovely, very cosy and well located. The instructions to get in the flat were very clear, the hosts were very responsive and accessible even out of hours.
I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant, it was clean and exactly how the pictures portrayed it. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s also a great location and across the road from supermarket which was handy! Great and fast communication from hosts, very nice people! Very good amenities. Only thing I would say is it would’ve been nice to have a vacuum there as we were there for a longer period of time and dust collects.

The apartment was more than I expected, the interior is simple but amazing. It's basically a home away from home
