Very frustrated
I ordered a scarf only to receive an email a couple of days later stating that the item was out of stock.
I then ordered another one on the site and replied to the mail. I never received a reply to my email. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received it. I chose a priority shipping method. The tracker online gives very limited information.
Very frustrating as this was supposed to be a xmas gift and the seller did not reply to my email. They need to change carrier and tracking method as well.

To improve our service, we are working on adding more courier options for shipments to the USA, as we currently rely solely on UK Royal Mail. These additional options will be available next year to help avoid situations like this.
