I've just booked another cruise with Ocean World Travel and Emily's service was great as I have come to rely on from this company in the past. The thing that sets OWT apart is that you can always speak to the same person and if they are not available you can rest assured they will phone back as promised. Emily provided me with a quote quickly (at an excellent price too) and gave me time to consider my options - no pressure selling - and when I had booked quickly sent a confirmation email. Service really couldn't have been better!
