Meter change debacle
I have now waited in for four whole days to have my meter changed at their request. They have failed to show up on any occasion. Their customer service is appalling and I am at a loss to understand how they can get away with this.

The lady that called me back was extremely helpful and detailed. As I have hearing difficulties and she was spanish she spoke very clearly and slowed the process down. Fantastic.

The young operator that I spoke to (Lucía) was very informative, helpful and very very pleasant. Understood my situation and guided me through the best plan for my situation, which both gave me great peace of mind but a saving of around 25euros per month

Switching to Octopus from another energy supplier
Spoke to Enrique from Octopus’ Alicante office on the phone (he called me exactly when he said he would) after a series of emails the day before. My existing energy supplier in Spain has increased their prices and as I’m an Octopus customer in the UK I thought I would speak to them about switching. Enrique was brilliant, explaining everything to me in very good English (much better than my Spanish) and after answering all my questions I agreed to switch. I’m very happy with the service provided.

We had ptoblems setting up our new account o line. We sent an email and Enrique called us back promptly. He was great and got us all set up within a few minutes.

So far so good
I’ve been with them for a month or so, but so far we’re very happy. Today Didac and German came to install a V2C charger, and it went great. They advised me on the best place to put it, they explained how it works, best practices and tips & tricks. The only negative point for me is that it took Octopus almost two months to go through with the installation.
