I recently bought a chair from these guys, and although it arrived broken, the service I received afterwards was fantastic. I sent them a video to show the damage, and they were quick to respond. Within a few days, they delivered a new chair and took the old one away. The new chair works perfectly. Really impressed with the swift and hassle-free customer service.

As a bonus the chair is damn comfortable even though I could have got it slightly cheaper on Ebay, the service would not have been this good.

Top-notch service! My refurbished Herman Miller chair from Office Resale is performing like it should. It's got a bit of visual wear and tear, but hey, considering the price, it's totally fair. Overall, really happy with the purchase and the service!

I know the common mantra is that health is the most important thing - but even knowing that, the thought of spending anywhere between £1000-1500 on a single new chair from Humanscale or Herman Miller directly was something I could never push myself to do.

So, I took a punt on a refurbished Humanscale Freedom from Office Resale, and I'm so pleased with it. The frame is polished aluminium, so all faint scratches have been buffed out of the aluminium, and it was completely reupholstered too. Walking past it, you'd barely notice it was used. If you're wondering whether the hype is real for these ergonomic chairs; it really is. I would completely recommend getting a top quality refurbished one of the premium brands over a brand new one from IKEA, Boulies or another budget brand.

So in summary, what a great purchase. It was delivered by Ben and Junior, who were the loveliest guys - they telephoned me with a couple of updates throughout the day, and even delivered it in the evening after I'd finished work. I think the best delivery service I've had in years, so my particular thanks to them, and I hope their managers pass these comments onto them!!

Had cause to return a Humanscale office chair as it developed a fault just inside its 6-month warranty period. (Up to that point it had been great, just what I wanted and a good price.) Customer service was excellent - they sourced an identical replacement for me which was delivered within a week and the old one collected at the same time. Very efficient and helpful, thank you.
