Great, but still room for improvement
Ordering great!
Customer service 3.8 - had to call again to reschedule delivery after a failed delivery attempt. Would have got a 5 if they had called me instead.
Delivery tracking great and actually delivery could not be faulted thanks to Junior and Damion. So thrilled with my chair!

Really happy, great service
Really happy with our Vitra chair. It’s a resale item so a bit scratched on the legs but fits in with our existing chairs which are 15 yrs old! Junior the delivery driver was just lovely too. Will use again.
