Takes your money but never sends your products. I ordered on 1st June and received a label notification from AusPost. Have followed up, no communication and still no product. Do not buy from these guys.

The right item didn’t come. I talk to customer serves and they sens me the right one. Great serves.

Dreadful delivery service, no communications. When they did arrive they are miles too big despite measurements and checking the sizing. They were ordered for a holiday, didn’t arrive after 3 weeks. Told them to cancel but obviously it was too late then. They are unwearable for me as too big what a waste of time and money. Also not responding to any communication from me whatsoever. Dreadful company AVOID

The worst underwear i have ever tried - The quality is very poor, and isnt what is promised: “Stay smooth, dry, and confident for 12+ hours no matter what your day throws at you”.
Besides this, the underwear is sent from China, and NOT from Edinburgh, which appears on the website.

I am really impressed with the customer service at Olora. I received my order only to realise I had ordered the wrong size. The customer service team were responsive and extremely helpful in getting the right size sent out to me. Just waiting for the new order but I liked the look and quality of the ones I received. I would definitely order again.

Want say a huge thank you for your amazing underwear! The high thong and lovely material is all in my ticking list for the best pants ever . After having my c section, I find it hard to get a comfortable pants that won’t sit on my c section. Theses pants go over and won’t side down in to my hang over pouch. I love the underwear and the customer service is friendly and fast! After 2 orders of 6 pairs, some months later I decided to buy more but the delivery on this order took a long time and when they arrived the sizing was very different to my original ones. Customer service were great about rectifying this but it was frustrating that the sizing had changed dramatically, maybe a new manufacturer? Overall though, I still love the brand and product and won't wear any other underwear now. Perfect for everyday wear, no visible lines and super comfortable. I have recommended to lots of people.

My order got lost in transit, so I had to contact Customer support, which was very responsive and helpful. Despite the fact that it took them 5 days to realize my order was lost, they still sent me a replacement free of charge. After several days of using the product, my experience is that it is indeed really comfortable underwear but they are not the best option for training. They get wet and start to stretch (I have tested 2 sizes M and L) so it gets uncomfortable to wear them.

I am giving 4 stars because their customer support is amazing and the product is somehow ok.

Overall, it is a great option to use if you don’t sweat a lot.

Firstly, three weeks to arrive, over two weeks of "preparing your order".

Secondly, they are sized very small. The medium I normally by fits but is not flattering as it pulls in at the sides.

Finally, do not move or think of moving whilst wearing them as they then become genital dental floss. Single most uncomfortable item of clothing I have ever owned!

Giving this 1 star is generous as they are completely unusable.

Still waiting for my order!! Ships from China and no update since 4th May! Not happy as even with the discount these are still expensive - really disappointed with the communication or lack of communication
Had placed my first order with a view to replacing all my underwear with this brand but this has massively put me off

I highly recommend Olora! Firstly, the underwear itself is an amazing fabric, super comfortable and does exactly what it says it will. I’m going back immediately to buy more and chuck out everything else I own! Secondly, customer service is 10/10 - I accidentally ordered the wrong style and Chloe and Emily were sooo helpful arranging a replacement in the right style. Really happy with my experience.

The customer service I received with an order gone wrong for me was handled so well and fast! The two people I dealt with were so helpful, responsive and accommodating! I appreciated it so much! Will definitely be reccomending this brand!

I already had few Olora panties (they are the best btw) but I accidentally ordered another batch in a wrong size. Their customer service is incredible, they were really fast in reply and fixed the return issue by sending me the right size.

I love these thongs, I never have to worry about embarrassing sweat patches at the gym, theyve been a god send!!. I cant praise Emily from customer service enough, I had an issue with my order ( my mistake ) and she sorted it out for me with no hassle. Fantastic all round!

I'm really happy with Olora, I bought some underwear but I ordered the wrong size, and I sent them an email about it, I got a reply straight away, their customer service is excellent. Emily and Chloe helped me and they are changing them for me, they advised me about the right size, and they were very efficient and friendly. As for the underwear, like I said, the ones I got are too small but they are excellent quality and very soft. I can't wait to receive the ones in the right size 🥰

When made my first purchase wasn’t really sure how it would go but when tried them it was just the right fit, perfect for my workout days and they just felt amazing. On my second order I somehow made the wrong choice on the type and when contacted was answered with the most personalized and caring customer service. Just on that gets lots of points, but the products are really worth trying. For me they just have what I needed.

Excellent service , size was a bit out for me and they promptly are sending correct size to hat will fit very fast and friendly response would order again without a doubt :)

The product itself is amazing. It gives me a real confidence boost, especially when wearing tight clothing. The black ones are perfect for both everyday wear and more festive occasions. I’m very satisfied!
