This little company is amazing

This little company is amazing! The customer service is second to none. I placed an order of the fit just wasn’t right. They worked with me until we figured out what to replace it with!

The best no show thongs!

These are the best underwear for under anything - especially leggings! IYKYK! The high rise invisible thong is the way to go, I now own 8 pairs. I love that they’re a small business and their customer service is top notch….do not hesitate to buy these underwear!

Not camel toe proof and no response…

Since writing this review Olora have reached out to offer support which I hugely appreciate, and have rectified the issue.

Not camel toe proof and no response when reaching out to customer services.

I ordered what should have been the correct size based on the website measurements however after one wear/wash they were too big for me. I reached out to customer services for some assistance with this and no response. This was now months ago, so I’ve given plenty of time for a response however unfortunately radio silence.

The material is lovely and comfortable, very similar to skims, however they are not camel toe proof like they claim to be underneath gym leggings. When doing certain exercises they actually exacerbate camel toe which is the complete opposite of what I purchased them for. I have some pairs of Gymshark thongs which I’ve had for years which do not do this, so unfortunately not worth the price tag that comes with the claims.

I’m really disappointed however mainly in the lack of feedback when contacted, when reaching out for advice as I had spent a large sum of money on underwear which are useless due to being too large after one wear, as well as the fact they are fairly embarrassing when doing specific exercises such as leg extensions and abduction/adduction in the gym.

Scam - Update

At this moment in time I'm pretty sure this is a scam company. Despite monies been taken they are insistent that they don't have visibility of an order and have asked repeatedly for me to send them screen shots from my bank. Apparently my name, date of the transaction and amount is not sufficient information for them to find it at their end and return the funds. In short, money taken, no product delivered and no interest from the company in resolving the situation. Avoid at all costs.

Update 26 March 2026 - Still no refund received and whilst I was sent a screen shot of a refund being made and asked to change my review, the monies on the screen shot did not match the amount taken. In short, unless you have money to lose I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

The customer service team is great

The customer service team is great! I ordered the wrong size and the team sorted out my new order quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to size up as I belive Olora have updated their sizing recently. I love this product as I feel comfortable and secure when working out or going about my day.

Good product and even better customer service

I used Olora in the past and loved the fit of the high rise thongs and they became my gym staple. I was really disappointed when I tried the mid rise and felt they were so much smaller than the high rise so got in contact about a return or exchange. Chloe and Emily were so helpful, replied quickly and organised the new delivery. The delivery isn’t the fastest, but the customer service makes up for it.

Just want to point out how shady this…

Just want to point out how shady this company is for anyone else getting bombarded with ads, I have since blocked them and would encourage others to do the same.

They use deceptive advertising implying it’s worn by celebrities and AI generated videos/pics.

99% of the 5 star reviewers have only ever made the 1 review, and many with 2 reviews have actually just reviewed Olora twice. They also all weirdly say the same thing in different words eg. “Ordered the wrong size oopsies but customer service were great!” or “they sent me the wrong size but fixed it!” - even if they weren’t fake (they are) it would be problematic that they constantly get orders wrong.

It’s super shady that their website doesn’t say anything about the fact they are based in China and when pointed out in reviews they don’t acknowledge it - just their generic response.
Their website in general is sketchy with zero specifics. No founder names. No business address. No real story. Just generic AI generated text about empowering women.

They also use a fake timer implying a sale is ending tonight to push you to buy fast - but check again tomorrow and you’ll see the timer never ends. The buy 3 get 3 free “sale” never runs out so is the actual price.

The oloraofficial.com domain was only registered on February 2025 and yet they have social media posts from before this implying they had a go under a different name previously but failed/likely got too many bad reviews and decided to start again. One of their previous companies is Auraofficialco (search Olora on YouTube and you’ll even see it’s still their YouTube name as of the date I’m posting this)

STILL waiting....

I ordered on 1/22/26. I am typing this on 2/9/26 and do not have the product still. Their customer service replies are quick but not thorough in resolution. Their email communications are plentiful but not helpful. They do not contain any tracking information on follow up emails, you have to search for it. It is very unclear from their website that this is coming from China and would take this long. This feels like a scam and I am very disappointed.

Honest review

Honest review: great undies, excellent customer service! First got the wrong size, they sent me a replacement for free but unfortunately to the wrong address (I was in a different location previously and asked if it could be shipped to my new location, which they said yes to but there must’ve been a mix up). They again send me another replacement for free to my new place! Without having to worry about returning any. Only thing that I’d say is the sizing is hard to gage. I wish there were more real life photos with sizes and a size guide on the website. I bought S first and didn’t even try them on because the looked so tiny. After some back and forth I ended up going for high waist medium and they are perfect. I am usually a M in bottoms (hips 102cm, waist 70cm). They are super soft and the quality seems good. I haven’t worn them enough for long time review, but for now I am happy, especially with their customer service. I bought Fredgies underwear before and the changed them and hated their new ones. Felt like a thick pad, it wasn’t sewn in so after every wash I needed to straighten out the pad but. Oloras ‘pad’ is not as thick and sewn in. I will buy more! And yes, they do offer a voucher in return for a review, but i honestly can’t say anything bad :)

Not worth the price

EDIT - they offer you a refund in exchange for deleting any bad reviews. So that’s why there aren’t many. Manipulation of customer opinion online under the guise of goodwill is not something I’m interested in being part of.

It is unclear from the website where the orders are coming from and I was surprised that I got a tracking number showing them as coming from China. They took 9 days to arrive which is something to note as according to their customer services the place your order comes from varies(?!).
As for the product, the padding is thicker than expected and if anything makes the area it’s supposed to smooth even more pronounced. The material on the rest of the item is stretchy and soft but not any more special than ones you can buy on the high street. Worked out as over £9 a pair which isn’t good value for money as you can get the same style on the high street for less and just use a panty liner for the same effect.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT &CO based in CHINA

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are based In China, they’re return policy is to just put it into your mailbox with return to sender written on it and I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks and I’d been waiting for the product for a month! so now I’m going to be disputing the original charge with my credit card company

These reviews have got to be fake

These reviews have got to be fake. They are literally the worst underwear I've ever bought. They are cheaply made and fold in the groin area so lines are showing through leggings. I asked for a refund and they gave my 50% back. I kept using the underwear trying to make it work, but wished I would have pushed for a full refund because they are truly awful. Do not buy from here if you want quality and actually a camel-toe free underwear.

Good customer service

I wanted to return my order because the underwear can only be washed in 30°C. I didn’t try them on so I can’t speak for the experience of the product, but 8€ per pair seems slightly high for this quality of fabric I must admit. Package was sent from China and took maybe 3-4 weeks to arrive (Sweden over Christmas). They were really quick to respond to emails and send me the refund so leaving 5 stars for that experience.
