Just received my new underwear from olora and these are absolutely gorgeous! They really do what they claim to do. Completely invisible, no scrunching up as they fit me so well and incredibly comfortable 😊 I always hated front seem leggings (why do they do that??) And these have completely solved this, everything looks smooth, with no visible vpl. The coffee is my favourite! Customer service was fantastic, straight after I ordered it changed my mind about a colour and they responded straight away saying they would adjust the order. And when I contacted after receiving they responded again straight away. (Emily and Chloe) Very kind and sweet small business with such a great idea for women ❤️ I don't know if i will buy other underwear from anywhere else now. Initially i bought for the gym but i find myself wearing all the time. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much ladies xxx

Just placed my first order here as a friend had highly recommended them. I made a bit of a boo-boo when I placed my order and I contacted Customer Service who dealt with immediately and amended the order.so off to a good start I reckon ... looking forward to receiving my knickers 🤣

5 star customer service! I placed my first order and was so excited to check out, I selected the wrong size. I didn't realize until I got the order shipment notification. I reached out to customer service and they were able to catch my order before it shipped to correct the size. Many other company's would have thrown up there arm and said "Oh well" but Olora made it happen. I have not gotten my order yet but I am so, so excited to be just as impressed with the product as I am with the service I received. Go Olora!!!

Not only are the products great, the customer service is fantastic! I needed assistance with sizing, and customer service responded immediately to help. I was so pleased, I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

I have always had to wear dark legging to the gym due to sweaty patches showing in light clothing. These knickers are unbelievable. They keep you completely dry, no sweating or wet bits. I’ve now been brave enough to try my pale leggings and they 100% worked. I’ve recommended these to all my gym friends. True to size and so comfortable. The customer service team are so efficient. Emails are replied to straight away. Will definitely invest in more of these.

I ordered multiple sizes as I wasn’t sure which size would fit best - when I enquired about an exchange, not only were they happy to oblige but they also said not to bother returning the items. Their customer service is exceptional - prompt and personal replies to emails. I would highly recommend 😊

Best gym underwear! I’ve tried many other brands and none of them conceal like Olora. Gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable wearing any outfit!

I finally made my first purchase after viewing this product about 100 times!! And Im so glad I did! 😊They are just as described! They are soft, comfortable and don't show under my tights. But, best of all...No camel toe! I was mistaken with my size originally, but the customer service team was very helpful with a quick reply and easy exchange. Id say they're true to size. Im 125lb and wear a size small. I'll definitely be purchasing again in the future!

Olora is an absolutely amazing company! 🤩 I just received my first purchase, and the product quality is exactly as described. Very comfortable and sweat-proof underwear. I ordered a size too small because someone in their reviews mentioned thongs run a bit bigger, so I thought I'd size down, but nope, they are true to size! Their customer service is absolutely 💯👌, replying within minutes, even on weekends. I will definitely use them in the future to buy more products! 🛍️✨

I ordered 3 pairs of underwear from Olora and got 3 free. 6 pairs of high rise thongs for the gym, I wore them for probably 2 months and then emailed them as they just weren't fitting right. Olora got back to me super quick and sent out 6 pairs in a size down for free! I didn’t need to return the others either. Olora get 5 stars just on their customer service and the smaller size fits much better and doesn’t move around as much.

New customer and I’m super impressed. My order was a bit delayed, but I received numerous personal updates about it. When the thongs came, they were of obvious good quality. Good weight to the fabric and very seamless. I realized though that I had ordered the wrong size (which was entirely my own fault - or maybe wishful thinking on my part!). Customer service worked with me immediately and without question to exchange them - frankly I was expecting a run around and got absolutely the opposite. Thanks!

Had fit issues and I was treated so well in order to get items returned and replaced.
Customer service is excellent, so appreciated after dealing with the “usual” elsewhere. Tried to return a bra to Soma recently and was treated like a criminal😂😂
This design is great, don’t have to get rid of some of my revealing leggings or worry about leaving sweat marks at the gym.

Super quick to reply to me when I ordered to wrong address and amended this immediately. I then also realised I had ordered the wrong style and when asked how to return they kindly allowed me to keep them as a gesture of good will and are sending out the correct item.

Very happy with the fit and how comfortable they are under workout clothes as well as providing the necessary coverage as stated in the description. I also like their "no risk" purchasing policy as any questions or issues are immediately responded to and resolved. Exceptional customer
