These underwear are extremely uncomfortable - the front wedge is too narrow and rides you, the length from the front to the back is too long. Not sure who these were designed for. Someone 6 ft tall and weighing 100 lbs. Not sure. I bought xs I am 5 feet tall and weight 100 lbs - not a good fit.

I had a great experience. Delivery took longer than expected despite paying for priority but other than that I was happy with the products and customer services was great! One of the thongs I received was damaged and they offered to send the replacement immediately. The only thing I would say is the thongs could be a touch tighter for small women like me but otherwise I like them. Will buy more.

These are absolutely horrible. The middle part is coming off and I can see the white fabric on the inside where it’s supposed to be to cover. Sizing is off. And it’s past my return window but I never opened the package. These are so bad save your money.

Great experience. I bought a pack of six and unfortunately they were to small, I emailed Olora and they responded very quickly and extremely helpful. Firstly I’d like the praise the customer service of Olora.
My order was delivered ( through no fault of mine of Oloras ) to the wrong address via loyal mail - who were ZERO help.
I contact Olora and they were incredibly kind, and helpful. After accepting my doorbell camera proof that it was absolutely NOT delivered to me, they very quickly got on to the situation and sorted it out for me. I received my order this morning.

The product is great and does exactly what they are advertised to do and I am sure I will much more confident when I am at the gym or wearing my gym gear in general.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Olora, and with the product too. Their underwear is lovely and seems to do exactly what they promised. I’ve only worn one of the thongs from my first order and it was very comfortable but slightly too big for me. I hadn’t properly checked with their sizing chart before ordering. But I have checked now and ordered a size down so hopefully that will fit better. I didn’t return the original order because I’m sure I’ll still wear the pants. I’m extremely impressed by the fantastic customer service offered by this company: they answer questions quickly and obviously read what you’ve asked about because every reply feels personal. Highly recommend Olora.

The customer service I received from Olora was truly exceptional. When I didn't receive an email confirmation, their team replied promptly, found my order, and even expedited the shipping. Later, when a style didn't fit, they quickly arranged to send me a new one for free. The team was consistently polite and empathetic throughout my interactions, making me feel heard and valued as a customer. The quality of products are amazing. I bought 4 panties back in March, and seeing myself always reaching for them over the past few months, I just bought 4 more a few days ago. The customer service was awesome - I wanted the exact same pairs, so I asked support to send me my previous purchase order and they responded super quick. My only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that I feel as though I get daily e-mails and marketing from them. Overall a great company, and I look forward to trying out all of their products.
