Very good quality products and the person who delivered the parcel was very polite (Thank you ).
My only complaint is that I received a wrong product(parizaki NIKAS £3, ordered one and received two) instead of the turkey slices(£6.50) that I ordered. The two products have different prices but they didn't inform me or refund the outstanding amount. I've sent them an email but don't have an answer yet.

Missing products and sending wrong and damaged products (i can provide and pictures if necessary). we had to call once to let them know that they didn't send the correct product at the first time and the answer was that we will be sent the correct product witch it took 3 days and we had to call them again to remind them and then the delivery came in place. after we had to call them again reminding them that some product was missing and they had to be refunded, which need to be refunded in the first place if something is missing from the order. why do we have to chase for our own money and please for them to get it back? not happy at all with the service and is not the first time we ordering from there and had issues. probably was my last time shopping in this shop.

Unacceptable business behaviour
Two reasons:
-It’s been 7 working days and the items have still not be delivered.
-The company should have made sure that the items shown on their online site are NOT out of stock.
P.S I really want to support Greek (Hellene) businesses such as ‘Oh my Greek’, but their behaviour made me request a refund and I will probably not order from the particular company again!
