The bed came earlier than expected
The bed came earlier than expected. Unfortunately there were some marks/stains on there that could not be removed.
The quality of the bed is good, but the mattress is really useless.

This means being at home on 4 days, having trucks drive 4 days.
Transportation and communications needs to improve to save costs, environment and customer satisfaction.
Option: Let the customer know when everything is available and deliver in 1 day.

The furniture is really good
The furniture is really good. Easy to assemble.
The only thing is that it is easy to topple over if it is not secured to the wall.

I did not received the cabinet
I did not received the cabinet I bought, it says on GLS is arrived but it never got to my home. I really need this Bathroom mirror cabinet "Beatrice" or return my money. I spent € 107.90 and it never arrived.

Fast delivery and great communication
Fast delivery and great communication. The roof box was quite complicated to build and install but has been wonderful to use. It has emote space than we thought.

Communication can be better
My order was divided into 2 separate packages, delivered on 2 different dates, but I didn't receive any information about that. Also, the delivery time was a bit long - 8 days in total. I was very happy with the bed I ordered, it was easy to put together and the end result was very nice

Delivered much later and not complete, with some things missing and some things broken! No way for a call, sent a message and didn t receive any reaction. Extremely disappointed :(
