Infortunately one panel was damaged upon delivery. Client services immediately send a new box and requested me to return the damaged box via GLS. I asked GLS if they could pickup the returning box on delivery of the new one, but they refused. Now I had to carry the returning box (28 kilo) to a GLS pick up point. Bad service from GLS and good service from OK-Living. Happy with my order now.

Super quality furniture! It took less time to arrive than expected. It looks beautiful, but it's a bit hard to put together.

On your Netherland site it was stated, that delivery within 3 working days, my experience was 10 days, for the rest product and delivery as expected.

I've bought a couple of items of furniture from OK-living and have been really impressed. Both items were uniquely designed and exactly the kind of thing that I was looking for, and they arrived quickly and well-packaged. Building them admittedly is a tiny bit more difficult than Ikea furniture, but still pretty straightforward - and definitely worth it for the price and quality of the furniture. Would recommend!

The delivery was not the best service. Delivered without ringing the bell, just left at the front door, even without a final update message. The instruction was a bit unclear and the steps and materials were not user-friendly (e.g. 6 types of different screws all with deviations of max. 5mm or 3 different backboards that could have easily been the same length). The quality of the materials was a bit poor.

Absolutely love the table! Good quality, quick delivery and easy to put together. Really happy with it. :)

first of all we received our baby bed 70x140 it was the best price possible.

company has store in amazon too , same item is only 6 euro more expensive.

ordered on 10 july of 2022 and we have received no confirmation. we had contacted to company and they said we r awaiting for the payment.

but we saw that our money transaction was done to them. so we were a bit worried.

me and my partner sent emails and called them. the confirmation and money transaction process took a week long so as we live in Holland that is a bit anormal so that is why we were worried.

7 days later we heard from customer service that money came and they gave the parcels to the GLS .

the GLS cargo cartons were a bit damaged but item inside was all fine.

the items ( two seperate packaging for baby bed set ) arrived as described on the photo and looks super fine.

if u r not sure, so try their store on amazon so u will have less issues if u pay a lil bit more ( cos all we think that our money is gone for nothing ) that i noticed after my researches done ( Oskar store )

the parcel is arrived on 20tj of july and the process took ages for us

considering all process 4/5 would be a fair raiting for this company.

I placed an order( order num - 93769) for a toddler bed. I received it on time but the parts of the bed inside the packaging is damaged. The packaging is soo poor, they didn’t even use bubble wrap for extra protection. I immediately placed a return order on 21st of June by sending an email , which is the only option unfortunately for returns. They immediately responded in a day and started trying to convince me by paying me a discount of 30 euros for damage. I didn’t agree and then they came back for a refund of 50 euros. I still didn’t agree to that and I wanted a return. We discussed and told the days when the return can be arranged for pick up. It’s been 15 days I’m not getting a response to my email, I’m writing emails daily but there is no response. PLEASE NEVER EVER MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE ME BY BUYING SOMETHING IN THIS WEBSITE. You are lost if you get a damaged product and is highly likely with the kind of packaging they do.
