I had a great experience at the gorgeous Oka at Red Brick Mill. The advisor I worked with was incredibly pleasant, friendly & patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for & provided several options that suited my needs. They also gave clear measurements & helpful advice. Outstanding customer service & beautiful displays giving lots of inspiration! I highly recommend!

Love OKA products and I decided to visit my nearest store at Redbrick Mill to purchase an Alanya rug, which the website said was in stock. The rug was priced at £895, but I was entitled to a 15% discount bringing the cost down to £760.75, a very welcome discount. However, the rug was only available to view in a room setting and a new one was not available except by delivery to my home address. I asked if I could collect in store but I was told it was classed as a heavy item and it had to be delivered to my home address at a cost of £60. I decided that despite the discount the delivery charge was totally unreasonable and was of a mind to cancel the purchase altogether. The rug would easily fit into my vehicle had it been available to purchase instore. I was willing to go back to the store and collect but I was told that was not possible either, being "a heavy item". My husband persuaded me to buy the rug bearing in mind the savings through the 15% discount. I love OKA products, but I will be very reluctant to buy anything in the future that can be classed as a heavy item in case I incur these disproportionate delivery charges.

Ordered rug and cushions via webchat . Jess was really helpful sent pics of living room and she was able to place rug in room so I could see what it would look like . Also advised on cushions to compliment the rug and sofa . Absolutely fab service great communication and a real pleasure to deal with . Have received the rug and cushions and they are spot on ! I contacted OKA via webchat for a cushion that was out of stock online - I spoke to a lady called Jess, she was so helpful and went above and beyond to send me the item from her store, thank you so much Jess x

Excellent knowledge and service

Two incredibly helpful members of staff really took time to help us plan 8 sofa cushion combination. Just arrived home and placed them on - they look amazing. So pleased. Thank you Team Oka at RedBrick. We will be back soon.

The Oka merchandise catches the eye as soon as you enter the Mill. The fragrance from the candles on display draws you in. The staff were welcoming and the floor space beautifully presented. A unique selection of artisan goods for the home.

Lovely shop bought 2 cushions didn't say filling was not included was going to buy a throw which was reduced to half price but would not honour the price on the ticket bad form very off-putting

Your team are amazing Anna and Isabella I cannot tell you how wonderful they were , my card had been compromised so I had cash and another card of which I had forgotten the pin. Anna paid the £6 do I could complete my purchase in cash . Put kindness of which I will never forget and keep returning and buying from the store
