My dog LOVES her Ollie food! She cannot wait for me to open the package and put her bowl down! Normally a pokey eater who likes to eat a little and then go do something else and come back later, Lady does not stop u til she has licked her bowl clean of every single last speck of Ollie food! Her coat is shinier; she’s scratching less and she has way more pep than I’ve see in a long time!

The food was well frozen but the…
The food was well frozen but the packing box was pretty wet inside. There was a package of treats that was pretty wet on the outside but I towel-dried it. According to the email I received, I got the package inside the house within a few minutes of delivery but I don't know if the delivery vehicle was refrigerated. Everything is absolutely fine, but previous orders have been completely dry inside and this one was quite wet. On a more positive note, Livvie is really enjoying her food.

Customer Service at It’s Best
My dog’s Ollies frozen food was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 25th but it didn’t arrive. The 26th and 27th and it still didn’t arrive. I was concerned thinking I might run out of his frozen food. After speaking with Ollies representative it turned out to be a problem with the shipping company, not Ollies. Ollies representative was more than accommodating. He had my dog’s food shipped out immediately and I received it the very next day.
I apologize but I do not remember the representatives name but I truly thank him and the entire Ollies team for being so helpful, friendly, understanding and supportive!!!

Monthly box would have arrived on time…
Monthly box would have arrived on time but the delivery service was 3 days late. I called Ollie the day it was scheduled to arrive. The person that answered my call(yes, a real person!) immediately reordered my monthly box and had it shipped for 2 day delivery. Even added a package of dog treats as a gift. I’ve been an Ollie customer now for 4 years. My Bichon won’t eat anything else. Customer service is exemplary! Highly recommend.
