We recently decided to buy an Oriental rug and are delighted we chose Olney Rugs.
Although we bought our first one over the internet Chris explained the intricacies of the pattern and when it arrived it was just right.
As a result we purchased another which wasn't quite right but we found the one that was and the returns procedure was stress free,
We now have two rugs which are superb quality and reasonably priced and the whole transactions have been a pleasure thanks to Chris and Agnes who are so helpful and polite all the way through.

I spent a couple of evenings looking through the collection of Oriental Rugs on their website and once my wife and I decided on our choice, we ordered it and it arrived within 2 days. We're very happy and would recommend.

We have been looking high and low for some lovely kilim cushions to compliment our sofas and our room. These are lovely!
I struggled to pay online (this is during lockdown 2) but a quick message to the company and they got in touch to sort out payment and they arrived the next day!

Wanted to replace our two unmatching machine-made 'Persian' rugs with something larger and truly Persian, so bought a ~5m Kashan from Olney, the only place that seemed to have the right thing. Excellent service, answered all our queries and supplied the rug on time and by a helpful delivery driver. The rug is now down in the lounge and looks fabulous - almost hesitant to walk on it!

Brilliant service from start to finish, i first contacted them in lock down, even tho the shop was shut they emailed back within two days, with clear prices for the three rugs that required cleaning they obviously couldn't quote for the repair that needed doing until they saw it.
Sent the rugs up to them when they reopened, they said three weeks until i got them back by courier which was included in the price and that's exactly how long it took, my rugs now look like brand new again, and i can't even see the repair to the fringing of one that my puppy lab had for breakfast one day.

We purchased a Kashan Rug made in Iran and were very pleased with the vibrant colours. Now the rug is in place, the intricate patterns and colours give a rich and warm feel to the room.

Ordered two cushions to arrive before noon on Wednesday, package arrived on time and my kilim cushions look exactly as advertised, I would buy from Olney again.

Excellent rugs at excellent prices! We struggled to choose our favourite from the outstanding selection but settled on a tribal Luri rug from Iran in the end. The rug is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were very happy with the free UK postage too. Only recommendation to improve would be to enable filtering of rugs by size when browsing on the website. Very happy with purchase, will definitely buy again when we will have more rooms!
