Their customer service is top shelf! I received some underwear that didn’t quite fit right, asked if it was possible to exchange/return and they were so nice! Not only did they provide me with a different size without any hassles they said I could keep the originals and donate to someone who may be able to use them.
You don’t come across a company like this very often. Highly recommend them!

You’ve literally got nothing to lose!

I ordered a few pairs of underwear that were misdelivered by USPS and couldn’t be recovered. After emailing Olora support they were able to resend me my order and get everything sorted out in a timely manner. They were quick to respond and super friendly and understanding about the situation!

UPDATE: very quick reply and resolution from Olora. They’ve sent me the additional 3 items. Do size up though, and it may take a couple of uses to get used to the fit.

I have just received my order and found the thong quality to be okay but the gusset a bit narrow despite having sized up as suggested by other customers. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning/exchanging so will keep them. However, my main issue is that I purchased these in the Buy 3 Get 3 Free offer and have only received 3 items instead of ^ which makes this product really expensive for what it is.

This product is amazing. I work out 5-6 days a week in the Louisiana heat, and they have been a huge game changer. I always had to wear dark leggings, or something heavy to try to hide the sweat, these allow me to wear super light material so I don’t overheat. On top of that their customer service is incredible. I accidentally ordered the wrong product (thought I got the seamless fit but accidentally ordered several pairs with the elastic waistband) they responded the same day and helped to fix my order. I’ve already ordered from them twice and will continue to use their product. Super comfy, lots of security, confidence gains, and great customer service. Can’t get better than that!

I love these undies! They are comfortable and feel great with leggings to give you confidence that you do not have camel toe at all. I will definitely be buying more.

I switched to Olora after a lot of twoing and froing for months, wondering if it was the right move. They are excellent and really do work wonders in both absorbing sweat and eliminating camel toe under leggings.

I messaged regarding sizing after receiving my order and they were excellent - sending me a larger size with no problems at all. I found the gusset to be a bit ill fitting and narrow on the original size I ordered but once I tried the larger size, the gusset fits much better. Slightly wider would be ideal to ensure a better fit under some other clothing. I’ll be reordering more soon and will try some of the low/mid rise this time but absolutely recommend these.

Shipping is excellent - very quick and efficient.

I love love love these panties!! They are perfect under my “ yoga” style pants and shorts- complete cover but not bulky!! The little light “ pad” is also a carrier for so wine who may leak a bit or even at period time. I’ve gotten several pairs and now I started getting them for my daughters who also love them!! Nice work on creating these :)
Ps: I had to “ exchange “ a size for my daughter and they were so kind and just resent the order with the correct size so I didn’t have to exchange at all! Great CS!!!

My experience with Olora staff has been 5 star as they helped with a sizing issue and sent me the correct size without charging me to return my original order. They accepted my feedback and actioned on it and this is very rare in online shopping.

Excellent customer service! I missed a house no when typing the address so the delivery failed and went back to the sender. I sent an email and the team responded so quickly and was very helpful. Can’t wait to receive my order.

Absolutely love these thongs! No more “peekaboo” at the gym 🙈. Super comfy for everyday wear also. I have littles so I’m always on the move and they stay in place without any wedgies or lips slipping. The best thongs for sure!

Have never ordered from this company before, but they have excellent customer service, the thongs weren’t suitable for me unfortunately but got a part refund which am extremely happy with as also got to keep the thongs which I can give to a friend. Dealt with instantly.

I have already purchased the camel toe pants before and rave about them - they are amazing under gym wear. I train everyday so they're a very important part of the set up! I did struggle to find a fit that was just right as M was a little too big and S was a little too small so I was delighted to find they had done a resizing/upgrade and have ordered another 6 in M. When I contacted CS the response was fast and extremely helpful and after the advice re the sizing so I confidently placed my order and will undoubtedly buy them again! Excellent all round

I reordered and the fit of the new rebrand had changed. They replaced with the next size up and they were so fast and easy to deal with. These are my absolute favorite underwear. Love the way they look and feel. Definitely recommend !!!
