I’ve been waiting weeks for the shipment and the company did promptly reply to me that it was on its way, but I just tracked it again after two weeks and it is being shipped back to the shipping facility. It has never even made it to my house. This is the most bizarre Tracking ever. I definitely would not order from these people.

Ordered from online ad, wasn't expecting the quality of construction so was pleasantly surprised. I found the fit to be smaller than the size guide so contacted customer services who replied the same day and sent me out replacements. I am really happy with them.

Fabulous! I was skeptical about ordering online without knowing the brand or feeling the quality… but they are amazing! I was looking for a seamless solution to go under workout leggings. I tried other “laser-cut seamless” thongs from other popular brands, but they didn’t quite work. This is it! I got the high-cut version. The fit of them is perfection for no-show under leggings. I plan to order more immediately!

This company has amazing service. The kind you don’t see anymore. I sent an email letting them know that the sizing wasn’t right and they shipped a replacement in the correct size. Of course this isn’t an ongoing thing…but they want to ensure that they get the sizing right the first time so that ongoing orders are right. I’m very happy with my experience.

I ordered the wrong size and Emily at customer service offered to send me the right size free of charge without having to send the wrong ones back. The team is really nice and the products are even better really good material.

I received my order, tried them on and they are great ! They really work ! They’re such high quality and feel like they will last a long time.

I was scared I got scammed lol because I bought them on a whim through Instagram ads and I’ve never heard of the company before, and I saw people saying they were in transit for forever, but they came within 2ish weeks and I’m really happy with them! I got the buy 3 get 3 free deal and the thongs do exactly as they state. They’re camel toe proof for my gym shorts and I ordered the high rise by accident, which isn’t a huge issue for me personally because I normally wear high rise bottoms anyway but they sit around my waist/belly button area which could be too high for some. So if I buy more I would go for the mid rise.

I saw other reviews saying they’re poor quality and the seams are wonky but I didn’t have that experience! They feel very smooth, high quality, have clean and straight seams and they are indeed no-show so no panty lines! Also I saw other reviews saying the sizing was inaccurate, I normally wear a size XS in USA/Canada sizing and the XS fit me perfectly. Overall very happy with the purchase as they have become my go-to gym undies now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more :)

They come from China, shipping took about 2 weeks. They aren't a good quality, or a good fabric for underwear. They are not worth the price online and also don't do as they say advertised (wide gusset to avoid camel toes in activewear? no). Don't fall for the social media targeting. I paid £40 for 5 pairs of underwear that I won't wear! Rip off.

Was a bit sceptical about ordering the thongs but I did. The thongs I ordered were too small when they arrived so I contacted customer service to ask what the process was to return. Within the day I got an email a really lovely from Emily stating that she would send the next size up free of charge. Amazing customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
I then wrote a thankyou email back to Emily and got a lovely response from Chloe. This company has excellent customer service which is unusual in this day and age. So happy Thankyou.

Best underwear i have bought especially for the gym , so matter how hot and sweaty you get they remain comfortable, they are that good I ordered again

Olora is THE BEST! I am a Pilates instructor and the right undies are key. I ordered size Medium in the Camel toe thong and they ended up being too big. Even though I already wore them, the company kindly replaced them all with size small. They were more than accommodating!

I would leave more stars if I could :) Best customer service, friendly and helpful unlike most customer service these days. I love the underwear, really good quality and does what it claims to do. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them to my sisters and friends. great quality for the price!

Don’t be fooled, these aren’t worth it. Got mine a couple weeks ago and the part that’s supposed to cover up your 🐪 toe isn’t wide enough or high up enough on the thong?! You just get a different type of 🐪 toe from the gusset pad not being wide enough or big enough… so disappointing after waiting weeks for delivery (which was also delayed btw). Have also heard these are being shipped from China, this is not a US company.

I’ve ordered their thongs after seeing their products on instagram. I’m always very hesitant to trying things that pop up on the internet but at the time I was looking into it there was a 3+3 free action so I decided to give it a try.
The shipment took longer because of some delay but the team made sure to stay in contact with me the whole time and was sending me updates about my order. When the package arrived I was very excited and I wasn’t disappointed. The material is very soft and nice on the skin and even though these are the first thongs I’ve ever tried they’re extremely comfortable!
When choosing the size based on their sizing guide I opted for mix of S and M sizes. Unfortunately both turned out to be bigger on me which led to the lower belly area to gape on me. I’ve discussed the opportunity of size exchange with them and they’ve been very quick to respond and finalize the exchange.

Honestly a very pleasurable experience and a great product. No camel toe and no sweat marks in the “lower belly” area.

A 5/5 for me!

Got my exchange and the size XS is perfect and fits like a glove. Shipping was very fast this time!

I absolutely loved the low-rise pants, but unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Emily from customer service was incredibly helpful—she responded within minutes and offered a free exchange, even letting me keep the original pair! Such a great experience. Highly recommend! :)

My second time ordering from Olora as I loved the high rise pants and wanted to try the low rise ones. One I received the low rise I realised they were too small and wanted to exchange for the mid rise pants instead and Olora were so quick at getting back to me and even said to keep the low rise pant and they would send me a new set of mid rise free of charge! Would defo order from them again!
