Ordered a Philips ironing board cover at an epic high price and no sign of the thing weeks later.

A model of customer service - the whole process of returning my shaver for repair was as efficient as it could be, and it was returned (fully repaired, of course) just two days after posting it to Olympic. The returns process was efficient (easy-to-fill online form, pre-printed address label, freepost), and I was informed by SMS at every stage (receipt by Olympic, repair complete (just two hours later), and dispatch). It couldn't have been better - excellent service all round!

Bought a Panasonic ES-LV95Arc5 Wet & Dry shaver with a cleaning system a few weeks ago and I just don't know how I managed without it. My previous razor was OK for a quick shave and to trim thelonger hairs which tended to drag when I finished by wet shaving with a blade.
This one gives me a close shave without all the annoying unshaved areas which my previous shaver used to leave. It is not only a better sshave it is also much faster.
The cleaner took a bit of getting used to but it's well worth the trouble trying. The only slight problem is that the cleaner uses a detergent mixed with water. The detergent is sold in little sachets each of which is supposed to last a month and they are fairly expensive if changed too often. However the detergent seems perfectly OK and isn't intended and I don'tknow how well normal washing up detergent would work. They also provide a brush which cleans the cutters very well without the cleaning system (a version of the shaver is sold without the cleaner).
I would be happy to recommend this shaver to anyone.

A few months late on the feedback but had a Braun Thermoscan that was malfunctioning whilst still under warranty and spoke to Simon Edwards who told me to box it up with a letter stating the faults and details and will be replaced. Received the new Thermoscan much much quicker than expected. Really happy about the service received! Thank you very much :).
